Granted, I skipped around to see if this was the video I was looking for,
so I could have missed it.
Kabuli K: is that new glass a gorilla glass??
Track Goon: I watched your video on taking your phone apart and screen removal. First
A few things, when I took my phone apart I accidentally bent the "port" on
the signal antenna. I took it to a guy to get it fixed. When I got it back
I changed my screen and then noticed that my "home key" wasn't working (or
the Back Button or Menu Button). I didn't noticed this until after changing
my screen. Did I screw something up with the screen swap or did they screw
something up when they replaced my antenna? The home key was working when I
took it to them. I just didn't check the functionality of it before the

even touch the screen in the video? Instead you tell us to go look at the
written guild to take apart the screen...

Track Goon: Also I had ordered the signal antenna to replace myself to begin with. It

Scott Boggs: What Repairs Universe replied to you is false. The glass on the front
screen can be replaced by heating the front of the screen and removing it,
then regluing a new one. I am currently looking for instructions on how to
do it, I will probably edit this post when I have it.
John Madigan: Looked at the following for the Samsung Galaxy S4 kit and it was not
listed. Can you send the correct URL
Repairs Universe: Unfortunately yes.
Repairs Universe: Sorry to hear that. You will want to replace the LCD screen and touch
screen digitizer, with a combination screen (LCD + touch screen). We have
the part available at RepairsUniverse (dot) com.
MrEni124: i have a crack in the top right corner where my camera is, all the glass
there fell off where can I just get front glass replacement?
Repairs Universe: Yes, it sounds like both your touch screen digitizer and LCD screen are
damaged. A replacement combination screen (touch screen + LCD) should have
your device working again. We have the part available at RepairsUniverse
Astrid Andrea Chicas: Where can I buy a outer replacement glass with the glue included ... I
bought one that came with a adhesive but that dindt worked???
Repairs Universe: You need to purchase a LCD + Touch Screen Assembly. You Screen assembly is
damaged and should be replaced. You can check out with PayPal.
Science2Student: thanks for the video, actually my S4 screen is CRACKED, I can see it
working but it shows nothing, do I need to replace the digitizer ? or I
need just to replace the front Glass ? because the digitizer is about 214 $
while the front glass is only by 14 $, which one is the right item to buy
??? I really really appreciate your help, I have a broken phone now. thank
Science2Student: Many Many thanks Sir, will do it, I am outside of UK now, I will be back by
7th of July, I wonder if I can give you the phone there ? thanks again.
Repairs Universe: Yes, the specifications on our replacement screen are exactly the same as
Repairs Universe: Yes you can use this video for that repair. Unfortunately you will need to
replace both the touch screen (outer glass) and LCD screen (internal
display). This is due to the fact the two parts come fused together, and
are nearly impossible to separate. If you would like to purchase a
combination screen (touch screen + LCD) we have them available at
RepairsUniverse (dot) com.
Susy Santana: If my glass cracked but i can still see the screen can I just replace the
glass or do I have to replacethe lcd?
Tim Francisco: Is this video out of focus? Looks like a great instructional video but
looks out of focus which makes difficult to see detail.

Scott Boggs: Since I can't edit my original comment, I'll add another comment here. Here
(you tube: "/watch?v=S_BadHtLPbU") is the instructions on how to replace
JUST the glass. Here (Amazon:
is the replacement glass. MUCH cheaper than spending $250 on a full screen
replacement or paying someone to do it. (add the parenthetical text to the
normal site address, less quotes.
Repairs Universe: While it sounds like you have only damaged your touch screen digitizer
(front glass), you will need to replace both the touch screen and the LCD
screen (inner display). This is because the two parts come fused together
and are extremely difficult to separate. If you're interested in purchasing
a combination screen (LCD + touch screen) we have them available at
RepairsUniverse (dot) com. It's a relatively easy repair.
Jon P: Is it possible to repair a broken/collapsed home button without replacing
the whole screen? Thanks!
Repairs Universe: It sounds like you need to replace both the touch screen digitizer (outer
glass) and the LCD screen (inner display). We have the combination screen
(LCD + touch screen) you need at RepairsUniverse (dot) com. Check out the
site for the latest pricing. You will also find all the tools you need for
