patstar5: How do I write the .img? I put it on an sd card but I don't think that is right. Tried using disk utility on mac to write .img to sd card but it wouldn't work.
twistedmisery666: Will this install pdroid to it ?
Ruby Miss.: can u do a step by step tutorial with details
Blackstreakable: Hey could you make a tutorial? I'm getting the bootloader but not the cyanogen mod bootloader. Very frustrating been at this for a two nights now attempting to do it in the dark.
Mew Trolie: @Daniel, I had similar problem with my Nook Tablet for the longest time. Guess what was wrong. I was using Nook Color Boot loader, ROMs. No wander it could not boot. If you think you tried everything fancy, go back to the basic. Make sure your are using the right SW.
vvvSoulreapervvv: it seems very laggy
bokbokan69: Unless you can reboot, it wont work. HD/HD+ is very selective in booting from sdcard. The only option is make adb work and issue adb reboot
Daniel Flinn: Please see my next post
Daniel Flinn: I cannot use the B and N android because I don't want to register the nook with them and give them a credit card. So, I cannot reboot that way. Ubuntu let me see the partition but would not give me permission to copy the hummingbird file. When I tried your loader, it put the hummingbird file into the root and that did not work either.
bokbokan69: Can you post your question in the above thread.
Anyway your device is having problem booting cold (from off to on) using your sdcard. Try rebooting from B&N (use widget that can reboot your nook). You should not turn off the device and on.
Daniel Flinn: I wrote the new file to my sd card, but it keeps booting to the original B and N screen. I am using a sandisk 8 g sd card. Any suggestions?
