outsider238: I have the white wall tires version of this. I actually like these DST DeLoreans. I think they look really good for the money. I mean they're $50. If you want a super detailed model, get the $130 Hot Wheels Elite Edition that you can't play with and have to put in a display case. The size of this one alone is pretty cool.
nsideufo: Why play music at the same time as playing the sound effects?
anonymus277: pls answer one question , can i keep the lights on?
Tracey Phelan: is there a flux compastor
Mario Becerra: model cars don't last long
steveothehulk: the removable mr fusion is like that because they were very breakable peices so they made that part removable for shipping purposes etc
what id like is to get the proper outatime and front delorian minature stickers to go on this to finish it off
Rasallon: why by the end of back to the future 3 when the delorian is destroyed are we sad. Are we really that attached to the car or is it cos we thought doc brown was trapped in the past latter to appear in an awesome flying time travelling train.
The Nerd, The Guy and The Gamer: This might sound stupid, but is this in scale with any of the doctor who figures (either scale)?
TheFatTroll: hard to decide.....hover conversion toy or rail ready?
THEAMG BRIAN LINK: it is pretty crappy but the end was amazing and a thanks to you it has been easier for me to buy the qaulity brand (sunstar)
Stephen McCulla: i agree, and the presto logs exploding and the sound of the rail wheels screeching on the track... would have been epic.
eldo59: I wish they did have SFX from the actual train scenes. Especially with the train wreck sound with Marty hollerin'.
Stephen McCulla: sweet! i prefer the show dont tell rule when it comes to life, so get your friend to make a video of it and get it uploaded to youtube! i gotta see this!!!!
hardrocker04: my friend actully made the the train wreak scene like a diorama model to where it was the suurounding area of where the delorean was destroyed and took the car cut it up added some extra parts to look legit and he placed 1st in the state model convention
hardrocker04: awesome job nice car only thing i wish they didnt have the lousy windsheild with the dust from the desert other that that very nice ohh one ther thing when reviewing bttf stuff please in the future do some research on the inside parts names of the car cause ur throwing me off what ur saying "radars displays and so forth" know the proper names of the componants on the exterior of the car as well cause die hard bttf fans get epically pissed at that
WondurbreadMEDIA: This model brings back bad memories. The model just before the DeLorean gets ran over by the train.
Imran Becks: Very good review! Gotta love those rail wheels... Makes the car look really quirky..hahaha.. I really like the dirt details they have done on the car.. Hope you found a way to hide those wires near the front right wheel. No doubt, it seems like a half hearted attempt from Diamond Select. The best one Diamond Select have done is probably the Entertainment Earth Exclusive with the hover conversion wheels..
JaPoSkEE: Saw a webpage about scales. G.I. Joe figures belong to the 1/18 scale and 5" figures belong to the 1/12 scale. So I guess it would not look awkward. But It won't fit inside. Hope this helps. That's also my dilemma. :-)
JaPoSkEE: That's my dilemma too. Haha. I researched some forums online and it turns out that 3 3/4" G.I. Joe figures belong to the 1/18 scale. So I guess 5" figures will do (but it won't fit inside) to this scale. It's also kinda "big" for 3 3/4 figures if you compare it to their respective G.I. Joe vehicles.. :-)
WorkSucksChannel: YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
