phone, im fed up having to sign into my laptop to get my emails. takes the

sounds like got the same problem with kashmir786, just upgraded my s4 to s5
at s4 I don't have any problem getting my emails, but on this new unit, I
seem to have a bit of problem getting it work properly, there are few
changes on the settings but everything else are pretty much the same, my
problem is I am getting notification as far as March last year and that
when I received new emails they don't stay on my inbox they are
disappearing in few minutes and dont know how to retrieve them. Any
feedback will be much appreciated.

Laura Odland: I am trying to set up my work email. It goes through the company website.
Once I enter my email address and password, I press next and it doesn't go
to settings like in the video, it asks me what kind of account is mine.
Pop3, IMAP, or Microsoft Exchange Activesync. This is where I have the
problem. I already tried to set up this email through IMAP but there was a
server problem it said. I have set up my hotmail and gmail accounts ok.
And when this email went through Telus, I had no problem then. But now I
do. Please help, thank you
Phones 4u: Hi there. You can do this by adjusting your synching settings. Open your
mailbox, tap Settings and change to Fetch. This will bring your emails into
your account as soon as they are received. Hope this helps, let us know how

Phones 4u: Hi Susan. If you’ve followed the steps this should be an option, have you
made sure you’ve got both boxes ticked? If so and it’s still not working,
try it with ’15 minutes’, complete the set up then open your emails, tap
‘Settings’ and try changing the frequency from there. Hope this helps, let

Phones 4u: Hi Thanks for the question, sorry to hear about the issue with your device.
Have you tried going into email sync settings and adjusting the times to
‘sync automatically’? If this setting has been selected and you are still
having issues please come back to us and we will try to help you further.

Phones 4u: Hi there. Your handset will only sync messages sent from your phone rather
than the wider server. Whilst is possible to search and view other messages
not opened directly on your phone, this is not possible with sent messages.

Phones 4u: Hi there. We found YouTube to work fine for the majority of time, although
we do recommend that you let videos buffer a bit first to get the best
results. Once you’ve opened a video, tap pause a leave it a few seconds so
the video loads up. Then, press play and it should work fine. Hope this

and then install it again. If you want to do this, go to Settings>Accounts
and then tap the email account you want to get rid of. Tap Delete, and then

Phones 4u: Hi there. This is true, although the Fetch function does exactly the same
as Push, as you pointed out. Manufacturers often change the name of things
so it can get quite confusing, but the function remains the same a lot of

for this, but if you’re sure you’re entering your password correctly then
we suggest simply removing the accounts and starting again. Head over to
Settings>Accounts and then delete the mail accounts before adding them
again as demonstrated in the video. If you are still experiencing the same
problem again, double check your internet connection is still working
