Michael Butler: Have you ever started a car that you think has a dead batt. But the car actully starts right up.
Casper Patterson: that rev limiter is for someone who wants to put a brick on the gas pedal so they can't kill it
meño “pichardo310”: instead of paying over 70 fpr the whole swith box, just go buy a power switch, some cable and pins, take off the fuse. strip some wire. add a pin to each end of the wire. connect the swith to the wire. insert 1pin to one side of wjere the fuse is inserted and the other end of the wire to the other side of the fuse box. that the swithc should turn on/off ur fogs. easy fiix
Nancy Payton: I agree with Mr Lisk - this was a complete waste of time - it's not 'troubleshooting' the fog lamp issue, it's a nearly 8 minute disappointment with many moments of gut-wrenching spinning video and nauseating sway. You might want to call this video - how to jump start a PT cruiser. At least that title will be somewhat accurate.
just for you..: I have a 2001 cruiser and I love it.
John Lisk: Misleading indeed. How is this a video on trouble shooting the fog lights. You didn't trouble shoot anything other the cause of the battery being dead. Replace the mutil-function switch and you'll solve the fog light issues and solve the dead battery issue at the same time.
vestern22: with manual transmission you can get car started if someone pushed the car a little
toyo supra: what a misleading title....
simple1me302: my fog light problem showed its self to me with smoke, smoke from around steering wheel , i took cover off of steering by the hazzard light button, and unplugged the wire assemly that was smoking, problem solved , but could have been a big problem if whole car caughton fire, these people behind desks , put this crap in these cars and dont consider safety it seems,,
Jose Macias: Amainzing video
Jose Macias: Asta llore de saber que eran fog ligth y que tu descubrists la falla
Tim Lamb: My 2001 had the same issue. I put a new turn signal stalk in, and it was fine after that.
t saint j: This is also EXACTLY what mine does, what did you finally have to do with it ?
t saint j: I think the fog lights on the one i just bought have been disconnected! The #8 fuse is still in, the fog lights don't come on at all, BUT, the fog lamp icon on the dash stays lit up, unless I put the left blinker on, when I park it. ? Weird. But I can live with that, until I can get the multi function switch done.
.:;El_Gallina:;.: Weird ass motor design very complicated engine
shannon dulaney: Late 90ds and early 2000s jeep chrystler dodge had bad engine like the pr and the durangio and the jeep
Dat Cat in those hats: BTW had the same problem with the multifunction stalk. Woke up to a dead battery, not a hard job to replace though.
Dat Cat in those hats: I love my pt, but it def has its share of engineer woes... Like cooling system problems and a front end as rigid as an egg. If your handy with a wrench, not the biggest deal, but can be really annoying to work on at times. Like for example, changing the timing belt/head gasket is a huge pitfa! Still, I love the car... :)
Zoey Martinez: I might get this car tomorrow the only reason im debating is because im reading so many negative reviews, but people iv met say its excellent. Si I don't know what to do. And I really like the size of this car because im fun size too. ;(
Woman: Replace the MF switch or pull the #8 fuse if you never use your fog lights.
