02sabretooth: Well the better way to remove this is just to rotate the tab 90 degrees clockwise and lift the entire wash arm out as it says in the manual.

Trials and Tribulations: Good video thank you. five minute job.Not many have common sense to clean filter out and hit reset button on a garbage disposal to unclog both. Takes 2 minutes remove filter another 2 minutes get all the dirt gunk from the filter and parts run under water to clean it. One minute hit reset button on garbage disposal when it's turning on and dirty water goes back up into the sink.
