Robert Moore: I was wondering if you could help me. I have a 2000 dodge ram 1500 with the 5.9 engine. It recently started taking longer to start. when you turn the key, it turns over about 3 times and then starts normal. when the issue happens, it takes several seconds turning over then starts. there is no rough idling, all gauges appear normal. I also have a 2004 dodge intrepid 3.5 HO that had similar problem, and it was the cam sensor. any help would be appreciated !
Cody Tyler: hahahahahaha the neices face when he says "its cool" and he says ".....well I think its cool.."
Tyler Auer: I have the same problem with the suction noise from time to time and rough idle I believe it's the IAC sensor in the back of the throttle body, does anybody know the original size spark plug wire the oem that comes on the 5.9l
