Johhny Stoka: I have heard the chassis are great on these cars but the the body is not
the best for authenticity it looks very different to an original Shelby
Cobra Coupe it would be nice if they updated the body to make it a lot more
original or if there were an aftermarket body to use .
brian tesh: still not out the shop perfect!
brian tesh: its a rep!
ihopetospeed1: The complete Factory Five 65 Coupe kit (with options but less drivetrain
and paint) is around $21K. You may be able to do a budget build (with
mustang donor car parts) for around $35K. You could easily spend $50K -
$60K if you want a new crate engine with the best parts, new tranny, new
diff, expensive wheels, and a high end paint job.
Elmer Fudd: GORGEOUS CAR!!!!
malaka1212: I'll take this over a Viper any day... freak chrysler
hipcat13: @keefer2111 If you have to have it in an automatic, then you don't have the
talent to survive this car.
balla: i ts shame that "she" have the little 4,7 ltr. i think "she"could have the
big "cobra jet" v8 (429ci)
Rudy Gonzalez: Gorgeous
Cujucuyo: I would give my left nut for one of these, my right one is for the 427.
SFINX01: what is the name of that song?
hipcat13: Yeah, but Shelby could drive a manual, so my point still stands. I
certainly wouldn't waste the potential of this car by ordering it as an
dfxjedi: @StreetsideClassics was gonna ask the same thing
chevy92blue: thank the lord for fast cars that look good. oh to the people who dislike
this stop watching this and get in to your honda prius or your little smart
car and then drive it to the dump, burn it than get a real car.
StreetsideClassics: It is a Factory Five car hence the title of the video.
miguel alvarado: RIP CARROLL SHELBY
geardrivensoul: Highly recommended, one of these at @2200lb with 500HP or is scary fast.
Wolvee: What kinda of rwhp does the car make?
CrazyIrishCarl: retarded huh... what if I knew of a military soldier who lost both his legs
due to a roadside bomb but he wanted one of these and he can only drive
cars with automatic transmissions so I guess he's retarded, what a dumbass
you are for such an ignorant statement
arnaVck: @StreetsideClassics OH! Gee! Neverrr!! :D Just manual, sorry ;-D
SkepticalHipp0: very glad i got to see one of these in real life :)
brian tesh: @StreetsideClassics for a guy that has a name such as streetsideclassics...
you might want to look in to things.. just sayin
StreetsideClassics: @keefer2111 There are a few out there with autos in them.
meifert2: what if you only have one leg though?
robs104: Like the "Gone in 60 Seconds" music!
TmPgamefreak: Um... let's rephrase that to: "owning one." :-)
87BMWstroker: "But honey look, its a hatchback!"
Jmanwit: True, it's not cheap, but consider this. A moderately appointed mustang GT
can get up to 35K pretty easy, and that is a pretty common sports car. And
this car would destroy a Mustang.
kevin d: how much did it sell for?
salemcripple: 35k is allot of money for allot people. My Honda cost 5k and damn near
broke the bank.
Leman123100: How much this car is worth?1 milion?;/ lol
brian tesh: big fan of that car, i cant die without seeing one
StreetsideClassics: Unfortunately we can't do cool burn outs with these cars. However this car
was amazing and would have ripped the rear tires off in any gear of your
choice. This was probably my favorite car in the showroom at the time.
donaircooleone: Very nice car, shame there's not a lot video of them in action and becdause
of that thanks for the video! Hope to build one myself one day, keep on
dreaming in the meantime : /
jonevans20: You just proved my point though. Just because someone orders a car or
builds it with an automatic doesn't mean they can't. Carroll had his built
with an automatic because he wanted to drive it and not worry about being
on and off the clutch in traffic. Just because you wouldn't order it as an
auto doesn't mean you have to discredit everyone else who does. I'm not
trying to be a prick, just my 2 cents.
SFINX01: i cant die without driving ona :D
drumncoasters247: Gosh this car gets me every time!!!! Love the body style. how much did this
one sell for??
3O2MuStAnG: is it a replica ? if yes - how much is one of those ?
Crosis Borg: under 35,000 for the car.
StreetsideClassics: It is Boost from Gone in Sixty Seconds
CrazyIrishCarl: 2nd idiot
4776raceking: under 35k? i wish .try 44,995.00. plus tax,title,tag.and insurance. i dont
care .when my check gets here i,m going there .
GoAtBa11Z420: I will have one of these in my garage within the next two years, I swear it
to the drowned god, the old gods, the new gods! I will have it.
brian tesh: @bulldog32220 thank you sir!
inagod: @treehugga69 each to their own,the auto are fast too, race convertor[you can
drive a 10 inch race convertor on street with big cooler]
ClassicNintendoShow: You should tell them about the Toyota dealership down the street. I hear
they've got plenty of Automatic Priuses to go around.
treehugga69: Well you're gonna have to use that one leg for clutch and gas! If you're in
this unfortunate situation your obviously going to go with an auto trans.
What kind of question is that anyway, are you still in 1st grade?
chevy92blue: @keefer2111 you can get them built any way you want if you have the money.
meifert2: my left left is pretty useless to drive a clutch now. I will be building
one of these with some form of manually shifting automatic or double clutch.
