james caberte: any help are appreciated...
james caberte: hello i would like to ask an assistance. i have four (4) dvr different brand but my problem on how to connect/setup them into one router through tp link network switch so that i can view my cam over the net..... any help pls. thanks
MoTechnTravel: The simple was is to subscribe to DYNDNS and put the info in the router or DVR and add the DVR to the router for a STATIC IP.
MoTechnTravel: This is the wrong way to the do the job sir.
1. you dont put the dvr on DHCP, cause the router would change the IP.
2. You dont open DMZ which is the same as screwing your whole network.
3. Static IP is an expensive game.
In short the steps and process are not the way which is secure and easy.
Anton Carpena: This is what I am forced in yo doing to a secret server as its my onyll Protection

Edy Soesanto: i have followed all your instruction with my avtech dvr instruction, and when i installed the eagleeyes application in my android phone,it says not supported, but when i use the internet explorer i can view my dvr,so what did i do wrong with my eaggleeyes application in my android.?
securiguide: You need to stablish internet accessing in the way explained above. then all you will need to do is to install eagleeyes on your smartphone (Eagleeyes is an application for Avtech only) then add DVR there it will ask you for the following: Name (any name you chose) IP (your public IP of the DVR network or DynDns address) Port: (80) Username and password (which are admin and admin by default and we strongly advice you to change them during setup)
