sniper wolf: I have a 2008 Smart for Two Passion Coupe just checking to see how it is old and I don't want to pay big $ to MB to do it for such an old car any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 😉
Sam Hayes: thanks :).
Zatoichi Master: Thank you very much man :)
rickbsgu: Ok, on my 2009, I have been able just to get my hand behind the light through the front panel opening. It's tight, but I can get in there.
Would like to know how to replace the amber marker light, though.
Pete Mittelbach: thanks thats help
paul scotney: thank you very much
Paul Mcdade: Thanks for that video I thought I would have to take the front of my car off to change a bulb
Goosie Loosie: Sorry Gary, that these directions don't work on your 2008 Passion Coupe. I have a 2002 Passion Coupe SmartCar and apparently some of the newer models don't have this access through the grill to the light.
Gary Sipos: What year and model is the above SmartCar? The above directions does not appear to apply to my 2008 Passion Coupe SmartCar
Goosie Loosie: Sorry, Richard that it did not work on your 2006 450. Isn't it annoying when manufactuers change things around? Wish they would be consistant.
Richard Woodruff: This procedure does NOT work on a 2006 450!!! They use a different H7 bulb, instead of the H9 bulb shown in this video.
The H7 has metal clips holding bulb in, instead of a twist turn mount.
Goosie Loosie: The car in the video is a 2002 Mercedes. I am not familiar with the 451 and the cashew headlight, sorry.
Apk07: I take it this doesn't work on the 451 with cashew headlights...?
Sang3ETA: Don't touch the glass on the bulb, like they say in the video, it makes the bulb burn out quicker. If that's not the issue buy a different brand.
Goosie Loosie: I had the same problem and found that there was a short and the electrical line was replaced. No problem now.
Azriel Strife: Amazing.. I bet mercedes doesn't want people to know this, they charge huge dollars for this repleacement claiming to pull the whole dash apart.
Morris Joncas: Thank you so much you just made that job so easy, thanks again.
MrBuzzialdrin: Let me test your headlights
Giselle Pachal: Take mine then, I've replaced it already 3 times in 3yrs. The last time I replaced it was 2 months to the day and it burnt out again today!
socommercenary: now i just need my head light to blow out and i already know how to fix it thanks guys
