Did this video help you?

khanvictize: Planning on buying an additional 8gb for my Asus q400 any suggestions?

fordxbgtfalcon: why so quiet?

hustontafe: alot of bad things here one. learn how to use a knife i sware you were gunna cut yourself. second your working on thick carpet the worst pooible static zone for computer parts your lucky you didnt fry your system and 3rd whats with the stickers...and your ssd is slow as freak

BrotherGiles: This kit fails to work on an i5 540m Sadly as the specs suggest it should. Beware 1st gen core i3,5,7 people.

syafiq3277aszamin: I have Intel® Core™ i5-3210M as Processor with memory types DDR3/L/-RS 1333/1600. Does it mean it can support this RAM?

brad OConnell: I got this but in a 16gb model

press.Button.Below Subscribe!: lol adding this memory to this crap laptop , I will never try it.

yohouseofreno: Look up your processor specs. It'll say "supported memory: 1333, 1600, 1833 etc"

qahar raheel: I have a y570 and wanted to upgrade but my FSB I think is 1333 so what would be the benifit to upgrade? Even if I install this, wouldn't the the speed stay at 1333mhz?

Radostin Velchev: The memory rating went from 5.9 to 7.4 because you inserted 2 dimms and activated dual channel. Your laptop's chipset does not support 1600MHz memory and now those dimms are running at 1333MHz. You could have just got a decent set of 1333 memory for half the price and get the same performance...

Shawman: This too^

Mark-Anthony Buchanan: a minute and a half before you managed to open the box. lol

Marcus Karlsson: If you are upgrading RAM or anything else in a computer, don't do it like he does it on a carpet, it's bad for the components since it creates static electricity which damages them. Do it on a table, and try not to walk around on carpets while doing it.

Shawman: What version of Windows? is it 32, or 64bit? Win 7/XP/Vista 32 bit: 4GB MAX Win 7/XP/Vista 64 bit: Starter 8GB MAX, Home Basic 8GB MAX, Home Premium 16GB Max, Pro. and up 192GB MAX. Hope this helps!

ajcblanco: this dude doesn't know how to hold the thing..

THE16THPHANTOM: no dude i just exceeded that, i thought so too at first, turns out if you have a 64 bit pc you can even have 64 gig if you have enough slots. i have 24 gig ram now, the 8 are built in my laptop already i bought too much ram, i thought i had 2 more slots hidden under my laptop shell but i was wrong.

Android World: if i change the ram what is new on the laptop

zebudavid: does ivy bridge automatically overclocks these to 1600 mhz?

Star#Child: if i buy this ram will it raise my CPU speed?

Shawman: STEP1. Open new RAM box. STEP2. Remove battery from laptop, press power button a few times. STEP 3. DO NOT touch the GOLD areas of the RAM DIMMs. STEP 4. Remove old RAM DIMMs, and insert new ones at about a 35-45 degree angle. STEP 5. ~~~ADVANCED~~~ It wouldn't hurt to remove that tiny round battery for about 20 seconds to reset your CMOS settings.

Nikolay Rubanovskiy: what if i want to install these into a core i3 laptop?

GubiYoroi: Works on any laptop ??

Nikolay Rubanovskiy: yes i have a 64 bit home basic so that means i can. Thanks

Shawman: Most laptops, unless you have like an Alienware or super custom, can only hold 4GB in each channel 8GB total

TheeFreakiishlyz: Why did you watch/search in this area then hate?... HERP DERP

Jisei13: Upgrading RAM can't increase your CPU speed

267267123: Would the Corsair module work on AMD laptop processors? The insides look exactly the same and the current modules are exactly the same shape

Shawman: I'm not hating on anything or anyone. I'm simply trying to inform the people watching the video that may not know what they're doing, so they know how to properly handle, and install RAM.

Tazza17: Pretty sure you're not suppose to touch the metal contacts.

267267123: Also, you're not supposed to grab the memory module like he does, right in the middle. You should try to hold the sides.

TM CHL: overall most of the time ;)

musclesuccess: how do you know what speed suports your prosessor?

musclesuccess: where can i find the processor specs?

Chris AKA Lycr: Yes, providing they are the same kind of RAM modules, 204-pin DDR3.

Gameplays . Moddding . Glitches & More . JailBrokenModzHD: will this work on my laptop or will it mess it up? i have a: toshiba satellite windows 7 64-bit 4GB RAM

TM CHL: I was thinking about to buy them but my 6gb stock 1333 ram scores 7.5 ...

Steve Silva: I have a question, I have an aspire one 722 and I having uprgraded the ram from corsair. It went from a 2.3-2.8 , it did not help at all. I was thinking on getting a good laptop any suggestions???

yohouseofreno: What's you CPU?

musclesuccess: Intel Core i3 370M (2400 MHz)

THE16THPHANTOM: here because i got a black screen when i installed these, turns out i was to soft on them, you have to push them in nice and firm.

yohouseofreno: Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type) - 8 GB Memory Types - DDR3-800/1066

OdinsCloud: looks like you placed the laptop on carpet for the installation..good! Keep touching the memory contacts too...

Shawman: 64 bit can handle up to 192GB of RAM, as long as you have the Pro. or better version of Windows.

ajcblanco: so you added a 0.5gb RAM? lol

TheThugzman: lol that system old

OdinsCloud: I thought you were an idiot because you spent over 2 minutes of this video opening the package; I "fast forwarded" of course. Now at 2:07 I can confirm that you are an idiot by the stupid stickers you placed on your laptop...
