TheSacredBush: i just bought this one 2 days ago its rusty but im painting it. on the one i have,do you know why it surges when on high/bunny. and also how much oil does it take
DirtyMechanic: What's year is this machine
metallica man557: Donny. Do you use some kind gasket sealer on the head gasket
RICHARD REIST: help I got the same one but it sat and it will start to fire and just suddenly quit ??
Phantamoon: Hello. How much oil is inside this thing? I have jonsered LT12 with briggs and stratton power built 12.0hp engine and trying to do oil change. But i don't know how much oil to buy.
Dylan Gleason: Can I replace a 12 horsepower motor with a 15 horsepower
Sidney Mathious: What you did with that mower is what I do during a tuneup on my LT-1000 lawn tractor. Right now I am having a problem with the unit starting now. It will turn over once and was doing this even when it was starting, but now it will turn over maybe once or more then when the key is turned on it won't do anything. The battery was charged for a long period and it still does the same thing. I am thinking it may be the starter which is the problem. I am going to use a multi meter tomorrow to check the battery before buying another one.
Lawrence Holman: I have a craftsman lts1500 Briggs &Stratton 17.5 hp. I've clean just about everything possible but the mower will only run on high. The throttle has to be half way to start. Have you or anyone self run into this problem?
Marida Cruz: You better than me haha bought a 1997 GT 6000 HD and swapped on a 24hp kohler pro off another tractor 900 hours and i run 15w40 rotella in it lol all my Onans hasn't hurt anything yet my dad runs straight 30 in his husqvarna
Goomer: Hi Dony, I have the same tractor, only difference is the shifter is right in front of the seat between your legs (no jokes :-) The shifting is a little sticky, I use 2nd the most and it is the hardest gear to find, is there an adjustment or maintenance I can do? Thanks
Herb Stimple: Wow, that sure cleaned up nice! Wish you'd make a video on how you clean em.
Edward Mazzei: Ha HA At 4 min and 2 sec in this guy goes all ADD/ADHD George Bush on us!
hssenior: This is 1991 craftsman my dad had one identical to this one
holdengr: Hey Dony,
Is there any way to cross reference out Canadian craftsman model numbers to the US ones in order to get parts? I have a model 944.603304. Cant find a source for parts for it.
Curtis Smith: Just wondering if you still have this mower, if so would you share some pictures or video of the mower deck I am having adjustment problems with mine. The front seems to sag more than I believe it should. 38" 12hp model number 917.254520 (ayp) craftsman 2 thanks in advance.
The Cornish Dairy Boys: after filling up the oil before checking the level u should have run it so it pumps it around the system
Stephen Festus: I highly recommend on the flat head Briggs lawn tractor engines to install a fuel line shut off. The fuel float valve in the carb tends to stick open, and will cause fuel to leak into the crank case through the oil breather which can ruin the engine. Also I use the fuel shut off to let the engine run dry before storage which helps to reduce the problem of E 85 ethanol fuel sitting in the carb. Good videos Donyboy73. Keep up the good work.
