to do the exercises, this would end the argument about if the exercise are
doable and appropriate for seniors.

main complaints, and these exercises would be too challenging for the
BPMRx: @collier0808 For sure. I've got a bunch of other great senior exercises
that challenge balance with some functional movements, as well as
differentially strengthen the legs. I'll try to get those up in a few

BPMRx: You're right - they're not for everyone. Elderly individuals should
certainly have their abilities assessed by a professional. Many 80-90 year
olds in my community exercise classes however have enjoyed variations of
these same movements.
