Did this video help you?

ahh2k: where did you buy the cf wrap and how much did you pay for how much supply of it? also how much money/trim do you think you would need to cover all trims and center console in my e46?

Akin Orhan: wood looks better or silver

lllukiosas59: I can see whole bunch of bubbles in the wrap, should got them out but looks nice.

Darren B: Decent job

boxing3241: just did this project bro! thanks to you everything came out just as good as yours! the only problem i had was my dashboard, i have a 330ci and its just way different and complicated! but it came out 8/10 i say! big thanks!

dirtjumper512: Looks so much better!

The50calKiller1: It will hold better.. sorry.

The50calKiller1: Your welcome. And thank you.

chancho393: how easy was it to remove the wooden panels, i have an e46 3 series, i dont do modifications all that often because im always afraid of breaking a part, i've tried to just pull them off, but i felt like i was going to break it, are they sturdy? i didnt know if they have a metal backing to them, or if they are just plastic, and i cant afford to replace them if i break one panel, love your videos, thanks!

The50calKiller1: I bought it from eBay. Will recomend sorting your search by distance. 1st purchase was from China and it took over a month...

chancho393: also, does the center piece (connected with the gear changer) come off like this as well? or do i need a tool or something, and how much did you end up using over all? i know its cheap but i dont want to order too much, and could you tell me what site you used and what color it is, im on metro styling site, but i cant figure out what color you used but it looks amazing, thanks in advance! and sorry to pester you with questions!

evonwaldner: has is started to peel after using it for a while?

Miguel Vazquez: Where can i buy this material. I have looked around and its way more expensive than what you said?

The50calKiller1: Ummm... Is just outdated in my opinion..

The50calKiller1: True.. that happen to me too..

Vagextrol: It's for Grandpa's

The50calKiller1: Only one trim did. But I re-did it. It peels faster if you only cover the surface. To prevent that I wrap the whole part around the back giving it one inch all around. And some times apply Crazy Glue only on the ends that wrap on back.

The50calKiller1: That's what I thought at first, but it's been holding on pretty good. Only one trim peel off because I didn't leave enough material to wrap around the back side. So has long as you leave couple inches to wrap around the back your good.

dani gii: Bad job boy.

The50calKiller1: Nice... Glad to know my video was helpful. Your welcome. U should be glad that you save about $150+ by doing it your self.

The50calKiller1: Thanks.. Good luck with your project.

The50calKiller1: Yepp

Chase Rasmussen: Hey where did you buy it from? that's the one thing u didn't mention...

The50calKiller1: The center piece is a bit more complicated. There are few screws that you have to remove. I'm actually in the middle of editing when i removed this trim and when i wrapped it. I'll send you the link when is uploaded. I bought it on ebay. Try shopping local or unless if you don't care waiting 3 to 5 weeks if its over seas. The color is black. Original colors for carbon fiber. I purchased a 12" by 50" and still had left over. Which is good if mistakes are made. I paid $7.10

thejackman82: Why? Coz wooden interior suck that's why?

boxing3241: Big help thank you! I'm getting a black 2001 bmw 330ci today, the first thing I will do is this project! The car has a black interior already, so the carbon fiber will just make it stand out more! After this project I will order a new carbon fiber knob shift.

The50calKiller1: I respect your point of view. No hard feeling. I just don't like the wooden look inside of my vehicle. The wood trim makes it look and feel like a grandpa's car. I feel like if i'm inside of a Toyota Avalon.

intj123: cheap stuff will peel off by now I bet.

Matty Hunt: Hi mate, good video, I have a few questions if you don't mind. Did you simply prise the trim off or are there any screws? Were there any complications like clips snapping or whatever? Did it go back on flush or was it raised, wonky or bumpy if you get me?

Deez Nuts: WHY?! wood interior is BAWSSSS

James Parker: Hey these are awesome. Where did you get the vinyl from? I will be doing this project and the seat recline repair also.

chancho393: Thanks for answering everything! subscribed so i can see all the future content :D

b kinseb: Right side look like it had bubbles

boxing3241: i was wondering what size you recommend i should get that would be enough to cover all sides that are woodgrain?

fildeo: I agree. This wood trim sucks and over the time it will have cracks on surface. Wrapped mine interior too with carbon

The50calKiller1: Thanks... Some trims came off easy and some where a bit hard. They are made of plastic and they have a thin strip of aluminum on the back and can be bent, and bent back to shape. Try removing the little trims so you can see how they are held on the panels.

St Jester: Need to use a heat gun or hair dyer bro, you get a much better finish, especially on corners, also allows you to squeeze out the air.

BMWforLife: Great video! I'm totally doing this to my e39 wagon!

charmLARA: Did you use 3M wrap? How has it been holding up since you did it?

The50calKiller1: congrats.. you'll love this vehicle. I been selling my car for the last 3 years but I just can't let it go. Once I get an offer I back out. =) Good luck on your project.

The50calKiller1: Sure can. I'll upload the video sometime this week. And thanks for Subscribing.. =D

The50calKiller1: I bought it from ebay. No specific seller. They're all the same. Good luck on this two projects.. And thanks for the support. =)

Cameron Osmondson: Do you think it would be possible to do it without taking them off? because on my car you cant take these pieces off.

nate sheeren: So i was trying to removing the middle section of the trim near the gear shifter, and i xanr seem to get it, can u make a video showing how? Thanks, and i subbed

The50calKiller1: Thanks...

The50calKiller1: ebay. I just made another purchase for vinyl, this time 4D and I only paid $19 for a 24X60 sheet.3D is cheaper.

The50calKiller1: Your welcome. Thank you for the support. haha, thats what I'm actually looking to do on my vehicle

The50calKiller1: When I first did them I bought a 12X60 sheet. I would recommend you getting a 24X60 and it will about $16 or $19. That way if you have to redo one trim you will have plenty material left over. With the 12X50 you will have just enough for all the trims.

Jeff Iverson: Very nice job explaining everything. I think I will give it a shot on my wood trim. Great job!

The50calKiller1: No I did not use M3. Is holding good to be honest with you. I will recommend Leaving few inches extras to wrap around or behind what ever your wrapping. It will better.
