Jose Deleon: it's working for me. might not work for everyone though. my bow legs aren't severe though. I also started doing other things like yoga.. that strengthen my ankles and muscles around it. calves, knees and muscles around it. thighs, buttocks muscles, groin muscles, hips, inner leg muscles and inner thigh muscles. core muscles in general. on top of that, remember to ALWAYS have good posture when sitting or standing. feet flat on the ground. and surprisingly yes this walking backwards thing actually did help me, but too much of anything is always bad, I only do it once a day. but I try to do yoga multiple times a week and like I just said, most importantly, always stand straight with good posture And sit straight with good posture feet flat on the ground toes pointed forward. I'm not a professional obviously, but I knew that if I didn't stArt doing all these things, my bow legs will only get worse, I love my legs and all, but bow legs are still correctable for me so why not try and correct it? for some people it might never get corrected but it's still worth a try and even if it doesn't work you still should love yourself and love your body no matter what it looks like, Cause at least we still have legs, unlike some unfortunate people in this world, so be thankful and happy with your legs cause I'll bet everyone without legs is still happy with their body!
mohafaraar1: Of course you know this doesn't work and people in the show are actors. U realized that in the first picture she relaxed her legs and the second one she pulled her legs together tightly.
Jay Quintana: I've been using this and other exercises. I think it works, but... it seems to be a temporary thing. I haven't done measurements or anything, but I do know this for sure: planting my feet side by side, I can actually touch the sides of my knees together. I could never do that before. Also, my calves can come to within an inch of each other. Again, something I could never do before. But this is measured right after the exercises and my leg bones are still curved. So this has more to do with the muscles than the bones, if it has anything to do with the bones. That said, this is better than nothing, though I think I'm probably destined for surgery.
