Tye Garcia: Definitely helpful! I wish more tutorials were explained that well!
Erick Valerin: Thank you so much ! Never knew about the environment window until I stumbled upon these videos. I've gotten everything setup just as it is on the video but my arpeggiated closed hats and snares have a latency issue when I hit the keys on my midi keyboard, any idea how to fix this ?
: bless up...logic guru!
100puresent: great job , informative
chris amian: Like I said, You are the man...I have to give credit when credit is due...
Gary King Music: Great, great tutorial, Matt. Many thanks for your continued sharing of knowledge. One question, though: Is there a way to get the arpeggiated hats to continue to play during cycle record? Right now, when I'm depressing any mapped arpeggiated keynote (ie. hihat, snare, etc), it stops playing as soon as the loop starts over in cycle record. Is there a way to make it so it keeps going? Thanks again. Cheers.
derrick rendon: This was dope never really freaked with the environment but will be making it a part of my workflow for sure! thanks matt.
Anfernee.: Can you save and reload the environment for other times?
Satvik Sakar: My Arpeggiator is not working ?? my connections are exact as u did.I use logic pro x. with samson graphite midi controller
michael shaw: Ok....These vid are the business! But am I the only one saying in his mind" there has to be another way" This is bridging over into to sound design, and I really don't wanna go there, excuse me for being "lazy" but how else can I make this happen without connecting everything to a space modulator? (The Martian for bogs bunny voice)
THE K.B EFFECT: thank you bro
Travis Bowman: my 808 bass only plays on the arpeggiated hat and snare notes, help?
ben watson: hello i followed the tutorials and when it comes to finishing the recording the trap kit the drums aren't the same like instead of the rapid tatatatatatatatatatata it goes ta ta ta ta ta ta instead and the other one instead of it making the less rapid sound it goes tata ta tata like the sound of a horse gallop its a big problem i hope you understand thanks.
Iván Camilo: Wonderful tutorial , I´m having the same problem as Shaun though , in logic pro X , there seems to get a bit of a delay when using the arpg, it makes the recording difficult like that.
Shaun Darling: Great video, I do have one issue Im on Logic X when i hit the key for the arpg is a little delay before it starts any way to fix hat?
Joni Kesti: Yo! Respect for these tutorials! You should do a little tutorial about different types of Trap leads, analog sounds & electronic leads..
John Tower: this was really great. nice track too. i have a question about syncing the sub bass with the kick. is there a way to use a transformer in the mixer to make it so that whenever a kick is played, a sub bass note on the synth is also played? (think "money trees" kendrick lamar).
i tried this myself by throwing a transformer on after the ultrabeat channel strip in mix layer. i want it to say "if C1 or D1 are played (my kicks), then also play E2 (synth sub bass)". i set the transformer to condition splitter mode, status = note, pitch = inside C1 D1. then wired the top output to the synth and the bottom back to the kick. no dice... obviously you can just layer but thought this might be useful. thanks.
Ian Merrilees: Superb take on the environment regardless of music style , really structured and well presented . thanks
King Fitzgerald: Enjoyed this entire series. Really learned a lot just watching three videos. Definitely +1 and Subbing this channel. Peace and blessings!
A.J. Carnaggio: Thank you SO much! This was awesome... The best tutorial video I've watched so far.... and I've been watching A LOT. Thanks again!
