Johnathan Howard: If the car is not on. Put the key in the on position and jump start the selonoid. Then cut the yellow wire. Worked for me!!
Anthony Castello: scrapp the whole car GM does not help for crap .. save up some cash buy a new car one with push start button :)
Dustin Pomeroy: this video has 700,000 WTF is wrong with GM,I have bought mostly GMs my whole life, this is something they should fix without charge, shame on you GM,shame on you
John DZ: I tried this, and it didn't work
Cody Jones: In the long run, we are all freaked.
Batalla Agustin: he car was runing holr time????
Mick Hall Cramden: Better yet, from the 1475 views for this ONE video, people should band together and plan a day to all go to their local "Chevrolet, baseball, hotdogs apple pie , and crap", and tell them to fix their design flaws. Free, if course. Free coffee and doughnuts like Toyota or Kia, or Mercedes or, even Ford would be nice, but don't count on it.
chuck cregger: GM PASSLOCK SUCKS AND BLOWS
chuck cregger: I have been down the road on this one. No real advice to share, just want to get it off my chest. Mr. GM this absolute POS you guys conjured up (not engineered) has locked out FAR FAR more GM owners than it has thieves. There have been companies created and making big profits on your badge due to GM's incompetence. TRY TO BE PROUD OF THAT. Insurance lobbyist and congress have no buisness in the auto industry. You bastards are up in DC going out to a big luncheon paid for by insurance lobbyist and taxpayers picking up the tab. In the mean time some poor sap is trying to pick his kids at school and cant start his own damn car with his GM provided key. TRY TO BE PROUD OF THAT If you happen to be a gm engineer tell your kids on show and tell day that your daddy is a fireman. The will respect your kids so much more. TRY TO BE PROUD OF THAT. I cant start my GM passlock car but for some reason I feel better. Thanks for listening.
Bob Jones: I did this to my daughters car last week. So far so good. The whole switch is loose and you can pull the key out without shutting it off. will have to replace it later but works for now! Thanks for the video!
Sharon Harrison: lost key1999 ranger new column antitheft still will notdocrap help help help
Rena Ellis: I have an 02 malibu that. doing the same thing my anti theft keep coming On now it act like it doesn't want to start after a couple of tried it turns over is that the ignition
Deeb: my problem was the anti theft system engaged when I started it one day and I never, ever could start my car. i ended up scrapping my car with only 82,000 miles on it.
RandomCone: Will this work with a 2004 chev Impala?
danne tayla: all i do is remove my fuses from under my hood then put them right back in and it'll crank right back up....THANK ME LATER#
Oddball: Why not just dis-arm the alarm through the stereo system?
Jesus Ortiz: So the car has to be running when u cut the yellow wire ?
Alex Filotti: "The Chevy Malibu comes with its own built in anti-theft system.... with virtually endless mechanical and electrical problems, the Malibu is virtually impossible to drive away, so you can sleep well knowing that your investment is safe from thieves."
Tony Parker: I don't like how you cut out the parts where you're actually doing the chore of fixing it! we do have ten minutes to kill after all!
Shacarra Lloyd: On Malibu '06: Turn key to 'ACC', Hold down 3&5 on radio, press brake to floor, press POWER button on radio, then press shift buttons on your shift stick ALL AT THE SAME TIME!
