Did this video help you?

richard alvarado: Where do you get Tecumseh replacement parts since the company went away from the lawnmower engine business?

ED EDMUND: HELP ,,,I HAVE A TECUMSEH LAWN MOWER CARDERATER ,,I REPLACED THE PRIMER BULB & THE BOWL GASKET ,,, IT STILL WON'T WORK .. BOTH WERE INSTALLED RIGHT ? THANKS ED

Abe Maysonet: Good job Don. My carb had the red one in it from your video. However I saw no o rings. Does it still need the needle seat that came in my kit? Tx. Abe

Steve Mlejnek: Nice video.  I've learned a lot watching your videos.  Question - I have a Toro mower with Tecumseh motor.  It will not prime well at all.  I have tried a number of things, including replacing the primer bulb.  It still does not prime well.  I have watched and I do not see gas coming up the emulsion tube when priming.   I can usually get the mower to start after pressing the bulb 15 to 20 times.  Once it fires, the engine runs great and very smooth.  Is it possible the O-rings on the emulsion tube need to be replaced?  Would this cause poor priming yet the engine runs beautifully?  Thank you.

Robert Mencl: a bit of lube on those o rings prior to reassembly please

Pia Hasenfuss: Very precise, straight to the point and great focus on getting your point across. Great video, very helpful. Keep up the good work.Thx. :)

chad m: It's pronounced Tecumsee

ThatITGuy: Hi Don, I have Tecumseh 631920, looks like a brass emulsion tube. I can't for the life of me get it to pop out.. My repair kit came with an o-ring for it, if it's not removable how the heck do I replace the o-ring or clean it? I assume it's plugged up.

Larry Lafferty: How do you know if you need to replace it?

karabraxos bank: Hi !! I have a question...I do not found it anywhere for now... Can I put this carburator oh a 50cc scooter like suzuki ad50 ? it is possible? I just buy one , but it did not work ...for now...any sugestion?

Art Bender: would oiling the o-rings help to reinstall the emulsion tube instead of doing this dry? Art

Bert Cochran: thank you sir.

Bert Cochran: what does emulsion tube do anyway ? nice video.

seadooman o: if you need parts go on ebay carbs are usually 15$ dont play with rebuild ones easy and fast fix your welcome

Robert Munguia: I just cracked mine thinking the seat was at that location. You happen to have part # for emulsion tube. I have a craftsman eager-1 mower with tecumseh carb. thanks.

dick bailey: don, if the emulsion tube is plugged or dirty, how does it effect the engine? pickle bailey

Cláudia Farrell: Tried to remove red emulsion tube from lawn mower carb. Was hard to push down with screwdriver and top part bent. Tried to pull out with pick and bottom part is now destroyed. It is REALLY stuck! What can I do? Are there some that are not designed to come out and not serviceable? How can you tell which aren't?

kramden: Boy, I'll bet these tubes get mixed up/left out/misinstalled often!
