Jon Myers: I just bought mine and am dying to use it. I have heard nothing but good
things about the product and the insanely helpful customer service. Thanks
RazzleDazz72: Those pipe cleaners just collapse and do NOT push out the oven screen.
Intellectual Retard: The pax is amazing, I got a bit scared when my mouthpiece got a bit sticky,
but the guys at ploom have your back! Easiest vaporizer to use and clean!
Best thing of its kind on the market, well worth the premium price!
njx smitty: does your pax vape still smell a bit after cleaning?
vinny4x: I'm getting very small plooms of smoke after each exhale. I just watched a
video where the guy exhaled large plooms of smoke. Can you advise as to why
and how to correct? Thank you
Dan Egan: Only issue I've had is the lubricant packets are messy, not very easy to
use. Using the packet like in this video results in a packet full of lube,
but there's enouhg in it for several cleanings. = messy. Is it ok to use
KY jelly? It's water soluble. Either that, or sell the lube in a tube
similar to a small toothpaste, so it's easy to choose the amount and less
messy. Pax is awesome.
Maximilion37: Great video! Thanks! How often should I be cleaning my pax if I use it
everyday for non-tobacco purposes?
Michael Beelo: Can you use hydrogen peroxide instead of Isopropyl alcohol?
rvidal0001: I tried maintaing this clean. Cleaned about ever third use. The spring
mechanism still gets sticky and gets stuck on red. No matter how much you
try keeping it clean, it will get sticky and its near-impossible to clean
where the spring is. Massive design flaw.
11strongbob: Can you use regular rubbing alcohol on the pipe cleaners ? Instead of the
packets included in the cleaning kits
5dollorfootlong5: "TABACCO" LOL
Ploom: Properly protect your investment and watch Ploom's cleaning video!

John W: Pax is great just a little trouble cleaning it. When I put the pipe cleaner
through it can't seem to get the oven popped out and I've also used a
little plastic thing but that can't do the trick either. Any help?
LabRatGirl: Isopropyl alcohol or warm soapy water.

Kyle Velasco: Hi, quick question. I noticed that after using the pipe cleaners, moist (of
iso) fluff from the pipe cleaner will be stuck inside and I have to use a
paperclip to gently remove them. It is a hassle because they usually get
stuck near the middle of the vapor path. Any tips on how to avoid this
Ploom: No, in fact we do not recommend doing so. Cleaning the mouthpiece and
applying lubricant as directed should be sufficient.
Ploom: As we informed you, the warranty does not apply to your purchase as you

recommend purchasing a new one. All Pax accessories are available on our

RicardoR5: hello do you sell Pax in Portugal? if so, whats the seller?
Kigrax: I thought your website says to clean it while hot?
CarlsJrIII: Hello! Is cleaning in the spring area required? Thanks!
Themiju666: Does the warranty applies even if you use it for something other than
tobacco (marijuana for example).
Ploom: Right now we are only operating in the US and Canada, but we hope to expand

Kimtar SonofMogh: DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! i was given a pax by ploom as a gift (brand
new) and the stupid thing after two weeks stopped taking a charge. i
contact ploom took them 10 days to tell me "sorry if you don't have proof
of purchase our (best in the industry?!?!) warranty doesn't confer you. it
broke in two weeks and they don't care they manufactured a faulty product
Stuart McTaggart: Love my PAX. Question: If the temperature button gets sticky how do you
recommend cleaning or freeing up the operation of the button? Your video
suggests to keep alcohol clear from the area so I am at a loss to know what
