Shawnie Michael: I wonder why you remove 2ml of ink out of the bottom. Is that process
needed to remove the air introduced into the cartridge? Or is it to force
the sponge to absorb the ink?
David K: Where do I get the refill clip? Please because everything I refill the ink
it's never perfect. I need to suck out ink. Help.
loveAkevia: why'd you have to remove some ink at the end
garywithairp: i refill the ink, but it keeps leaking at the bottom, what should i
do?Should I just let the sponge to absorb and it will fix by itself? I see
other videos, they suck out the "extra air" to make it vacuum. what should
I really do?
Ronarudo25: I have a question. Do I really need to suck few mm of ink from the
cartridge after refiiling? Thankx
Kaviraj Rajendra: imovie z only 4 apple?
LxTxSURGE: so how much do you save and how much is the bottle of ink and dis you buy a
specific model ink like cartrige number ?
Randall Lee: I need help!! How do I find this "SOL" seller on amazon??
glamified92: ~I'm using a universal kit I got at amazon. ~I paid $14 USD for 600ml of
ink (black and color). ~Got it at Amazon.com seller: SOL. item:600 ml HP
Printer 920 XL 564 XL Cartridge Ink Refill Kit Color & Black with 4 refill
syringe (it is universal) ~The ink that you suck out, can you squirt it
back in the bottle of ink and recycle it? yes, i do it and I've never had a
problem. I only do it for black ink though ~I use imovie to edit the video
Thanks for watching :)
ysa lantayona: do i really need a needle for the syringe?
TIMEIZMONEY730: ME TOO
Scott Edwards: Awesome. I depressed the label, thinking I knew where the entry hole
belongs. It was too hard. I missed the target until I peeled the label
back. If your needle feels like it might break, that's way too much force.
Also: I had a 20ML stubby/fat syringe. I would suggest letting it idle for
a minute before you remove it. I lost 10-20 drops of ink (on old
newsprint). Had I let it relax, I don't think I'd lose more than a drop or
two. Paper towels to soak up excess ink FTW. Thanks for the video!
glamified92: I also think it is best to not let your cartidges completely dry up before
refilling them :)
Miss420: When I refill my ink cartridge I always have ink dripping from the bottom.
Do you know why?
glamified92: @MrNothingButAir You are welcome :)
David R. Darrow - drdarrow: How do you get around the refilling message? Doesn't the cartridge/chip
need to be reset?
316dtbt: Where do you get the refill clip ? Thanks
glamified92: you do not need the clip I used. If you do not have it, just let the
refilled cartridge sit facing down over a paper towel for about 15 min so
that the sponge absorbs the ink all the way down. The clip is used to
make the process faster, but you really do not need it
SlimThaDon300: where do i get a refill clip for 60,60xl only...?
VerifyVeracity: I bought the ink Syringes to day off Amazon. thanks. What do you think
about not letting it get empty & just putting a little ink in the cartridge
(now & then) without ever taking the cartridge it out of the printer.

glamified92: @garywithairp I dont have a website. I just did this video because I was
bored and I had just learned how to refill cartridges. And OMG i live near
from San Francisco here in California! Anyways, I got my clip from Amazon.
It came in a kit with black ink for around $11. If you are interested, just
go to the amazon page and search "InkTec Refill Kit for HP 60 and 60XL
Black Ink Cartridges".
garywithairp: @glamified92 thank you so much. wow we almost neighbor, but your bordem
saves my cartridge. thx
tanveerzeb1: how many ink required for HP60 cartridge
Manoj Cpp: hp 4615 inkjet printer cartridge refill
Dimestore Jones: how many cartridges can you refill with that kit?
Tommy Davis: I've got a few questions. What quality of ink are you using? What did you
pay for it? Where did you get it? The ink that you suck out, can you squirt
it back in the bottle of ink and recycle it? What program did you use to
put your video together? I like it a lot. Thanks for the help.
thatpat1: Without the machine to indicate when the ink is low, how do you estimate
when to do the next refill? I would like to see you make a video on how to
refill the color cartridge. Just to clarify, when you suck the air out the
bottom, no needle is used on the syringe but does the syringe screw onto
the bottom of the cartridge before sucking out the air? (Can this still be
done without the clip you used?)
arzesoto: do you know how can i fix? I already made the refill but on the screen
appear Probl can cart impres with a yellow triangulo.
Bizy B: you can go into your printer settings and trick it into thinking it's a new
cartridge, I don't remember exactly how, but go to your control
panel/printer and it's in there somewhere ;)
Richie Lau: HP are such assholes for not allowing refilling as a standard practice for
VanMedia: you used too much ink and didn't clean the nozzle well
glamified92: @thatpat1 when the print begins to come out faded/gray, then you know it is
time for refill. Being a student, I print things almost daily and refill
the black cartridge abut 1-2 month, and the color about every two months.
And no, you do not need the clip I used. If you do not have it, just let
the refilled cartridge sit facing down for about 1/2 an hour so that the
sponge absorves the ink all the way down. The clip is used to make the
process faster, but you really do not need it. :)
Trav: I just bought a new HP 5510. Can I fill the ink cartridge full before I
even plug it in without worrying about this memory chip screwing things up
for me? (since they only come with a little bit of ink when new).
Jason Shing: can i do with out the ink clip?
Raymond Reyes: Where did you get the clip? I´ve been looking for it on ebay but I´m not
using the correct nomenclature. Is there a brand name of some sort on it?
MrNothingButAir: THanks so much for the video. Very good instructions
glamified92: @thatpat1 yeah :) I wasn't precise on the amounts. My syringe's numbers are
completely faded so I couldn't really see. But hopefully you get the idea.
I just add ink until it begins to leak a bit from the top, and then suck
out a little bit of ink. I'm really not sure on the precise amounts, but
its somewhere around 10ml like you said. :) thanks for your comment, and
for watching my video :) I will look at the instructions and post exact
amounts in the annotations to this video. :)
thaaaal: Thanks for the tutorial! :) I just wanna ask, What if I let the refilled
cartridge to sit facing down for about 1/2 hour, do I still have to pull
out 2-5ml of ink? 'Coz I don't have the clip.
buckeigh: same problem here.. the ink actually ended up dripping allover the inside
of my printer lol anyone know why its dripping so bad like this?
garywithairp: that's a really quick reply, thank you. I will try that. where can i buy a
cartridge clip like your? I live in San Francisco? Do you sell them on your
glamified92: @garywithairp Try wiping the leaked ink with a paper towel and put the
cartridge in the printer right away and print a test page. This worked for
me one time when I had a cartridge that was leaking after I put too much
ink. I really hope it works out or you :)
glamified92: I think so, imovie only works on mac osx :)
glamified92: It is best to remove ink at the end so that it is absorbed throughout the
entire cartridge. :)
