Edward Southerland: The mirror on my 2002 Pontiac Montana broke the other day. I found this video, decided I could do it, ordered the mirror from 1A and replaced. I couldn't get the first electrical connector to pop free, but I worked around the problem and got the job done. Good product, good video. Thanks 1A.
1A Auto Parts: Mirrors through the dealer can be costly. Our aftermarket mirrors are made really well.
wha01: got the passenger side mirror replaced on my 97 Silhouette a while back and remember that it cost around 200 to 300 dollars which seemed real steep though labor included of course. I think my mechanic may be buying original factory parts. could that cause such steep prices? any ideas? And great videos, really helpful especially when my van is starting to fall apart.
1A Auto Parts: We also carry the replacement side view mirrors for your 2001 Venture if you need a replacement. Here's a link to them on our website that you can copy and paste into your browser. 1aauto.com/1A/Mirrors/Chevy/Venture?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=youtube&utm_campaign=1ATony
1A Auto Parts: Yes it would be the same procedure.
1A Auto Parts: @mommalovesdada The replacement mirrors that we sell on 1aauto.com should plug right into you factory wiring harness as long as all of the options are the same between the old and new mirror.
