Did this video help you?

NEWYORKER19: Now I have a question because I was told that on the 2000 Accord 4cy with the rear caliber piston your not supposed to just push it back in, i was told you twist the piston back in.....but only for the rear

typhoon320i: why does no one every mention torque specs.... everything is just, "good and tight", never 29 ft lbs., or 36 ft lbs

zizwe allette: great video... forcing the piston back into the caliper.. (C Clamp is essential? .. Also two more questions.. the brake reservoir .. how do i determine if there is fluid in the line and the reservoir? and the break release? all these are at or after 1:57

MotoBroSub: I really hope it’s that easy! I’ll get back if I have any issues.

Mike Paolicelli: Quick and to the point thanks for making it easy

ahoorakia: did you put the screws back in the rotor?!

Snakes In The Lane: Not cleaning the caliper pins and applying fresh brake grease seems pretty lazy. If those pins bind at all you're gonna get uneven pad wear. 60 seconds per wheel extra time spent to ensure proper brake operation and long term wear.

Lowell Almonte: I work at Pep boys, they have the best prise on rotors and pads

Cat Stabon: Great video. Thank you so much.'

Trung Duc Vu: Turn your wheel out and everything is easier.

Christopher J.R. Polinsky: Just wanted to say thank you for making this video. I have never replaced brakes and rotors before and this was extremely helpful.

Christopher J.R. Polinsky: What size c clamp did you use?

J W: on my 2002 Accord EX I had to screw the piston back in using a BF screwdriver. Opened the bleeder nipple (put a pan below) while doing that to let the fluid drain into the pan instead of pushing back up through the brake line to the reservoir.

Nocturnal: What pads did you use, or do you recommend?

Stephan: Thanks for the video. I followed the steps in your video to the "t" and thought all was good until I got in the car and brake pedal is now quite soft with a lot more travel than before. I researched everything on the internet and am still stumped. Half the experts tell you to bleed the lines, but that's not it. I didn't open them, there's no way for air to enter. However. It's possible I pushed the piston too far back in, just even with the edge of the caliper; that's my only thought. Anyone have any ideas how to get my brake pedal back firm after replacing pads and rotors? PS the car stops but brakes are mushy, too much play

CARLOS ALBERTO: Well help me!!

Dano C.: What about the rear, those are the tricky ones with the screw type caliper pistons?

Jeremiah Price: oh look the inboard pad is roached again!!!! did u figure out why yet? maybe something to do with the square pin thingy with the accordian boot thingys? come on man

Thomas Malcolm Macleay: Short and sweet.

wyn: Hi is it possible to upgrade the rotor bigger then the stock?
