Tim Boland: For windows vista use theF8 key then select repair my computer from the menu. From the next menu choose system restore. Choose a date before the infection occurred.

Should I still take it to a shop or just get a good malware program and run through it. Im scared that if I hook my Internet cable back up it will come back. Any suggestions? Please respond!
Accomplisss: If the virus prevents you from even using Safe Mode with Command Prompt by shutting down your pc, trying hitting f8 until that same menu opens up. Then click the top option Repair and restore your computer to a previous restore point.
That was the only way I could get rid of it with my pc using Windows 7.

Anibal Rivera: The steps worked for me, thank you soo much Norton. Hint:anyone having trouble accessing safe mode tap F8 consistently until the option of windows safe mode command pops up, and under certain situations (like mine) as the files are loading (ones you have selected safe mode command) hold ctrl and tap F8 until proper screen comes up for you to then type in the neccesary command.

BrickConnectorRBLX: And go to Repair your computer, then select your language, country or whatever. Then hit command prompt, type notepad into the prompt, go to file, open, select all files. And find the users folder somewhere, click your user, you should find a DLL, delete it. And do the rest.
