Tom Martin: Instrument repairers everywhere are like yeah, bring it in when it doesn't work!
Dorothy Roane: I WISH WE HAD AN ART'S GARAGE HERE IN MERRIMACK,NH, I HAVEN'T FOUND A GOOD REPAIR SHOP YET SINCE I MOVED FROM LA THREE YEARS AGO!! I HAVE A 1991 240 SEDAN. LUCKY PEOPLE IN NJ !
Nancy R: Can you explain what you did in this video?
snaprollinpitts: ok, so that was fairly easy, but what do you do if its electronic!
sukeforth: Doesn't explain as he goes.
Jon Eck: It was the little white gear. The mech was pointing to the missing teeth.
I agree though, this could be confusing to the uninitiated.
Taking apart a dash is mostly just prying off facings and unscrewing screws. Easy if you've done it, intimidating if not.
ICUC007: what's the name of that music so my speedometer will work too
jerr dez: Ah it should be a good idea if you talk the steps when taking apart the odometer.
I have that problem with my grand marquis (the odometer does NOT work)
jerr dez: Do parts need to be replaced?
dancesonwaves: What actually did the repair consist of. glue? on what? I have a 1982 toyota hilux whos odometer is stuck and I took it apart but doesnt look like I could fiqure it out. The tenths still works but all else is frozen!
russphilly: why dont you talk and explain,,,instead of the freaking annoying music...???
awirefreak: Wow it's that easy?
Thanks, now I can fix my broken odometer/speedometer.
