chachee15: I have an old englander and the E3 code has been coming on and the stove would shut off on its own. Today the same thing happened but this time when I turned it back on almost immediately it started blowing smoke out the front vents and there was no lit fire. Then the exhaust shoot started blowing smoke out into the house. We had a house full of smoke and almost started a fire. So what does the E3 code mean and how do I fix this problem?
Michael Alvarez: What type of relay switch did you use to turn the furnace on with this?
Charles Champlin: You can buy a Magic Heat Reclaimer from Northern Tool and put it in the flue pipe for even more heat from your pellet stove. I put one of these on my oil boiler and wired it to come on with the burner and I was very surprised that warm air came out. Since you have a 300 degree exhaust the heat reclaimer has a 180 temperature switch so it will operate automatically. I am going to give them your referral number. Thanks for the good quality instructional video.
Abe A: Chad, what model heat exchanger did you use to get this working with the forced air?
tommy Breuer: I do not have kits for the Breckwell p4000 at this time .I DO have kits for the Breckwell Big E's
tommy Breuer: Yes I have kits for your stove and they are doing infloor heating around 2700 to 3100 sq .ft insulated buildings with 16 ft side walls in Mn. How ever they are only keeping the whole building around 50 to 55 degrees witch is not bad they are only using one 40 pound bag of the cheaper pellets.I have bigger kit for other stoves that do heat more sq. ft.

Chad Hummel: AS far as I know there is not much literature on this other than what you see on the website and instruction manuals in the works. And the testimonials on the site as well as videos such as mine on youtube. I believe at the moment there are 2 or 3 videos besides mine. If you are interested and want more info I can give you the inventors phone number. Just send me an email at email@example.com and I can give you more details there.
Michael Anderson: I am very interested, can you send me a brochure and/or literature on this?

Chad Hummel: Yes you can. $1400 plus a small motor, pipe and fittings. As a DIY project , my payback time was short. For the floor you can use a constant flow at a lower temp = less fuel. And heating your DHW at the same time.
Michael Anderson: Im Michael I have a Magnum Countryside corn pellet stove .I also have in floor heat in my shop can I get a boiler kit for my stove and how much would it cost
Chad Hummel: email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any more questions.
Chad Hummel: The different kits for different different stoves are basically for size differences. So I would say there is a kit that would fit properly into your stove. I contacted the manufacturer, he is not familiar with that particular brand. He would need to know the inside dimensions of the stove. Also some external functions may be different than what I explain in the video. Setting the knob for an exact water temp for example.. otherwise external setup is as simple or complex as you want it to be.
cybernet amd: Will the kit work with Breckwell P4000 Classic Cast?
tommy Breuer: different than a kit for a harman pc 45 and so on.Or else you can heat the water to fast and that will cause steam.they have all so been designed with different water flows for each model of stove.Using the standart of a 007 taco pump..It is a combintion of many different factors for each Crosslink kit to operate Safely .Most kits will make 2 gallons of hot water per minute with a 20 degrees heat rise while others will do alot more
tommy Breuer: My name is tommy from Crosslink Conversions and I invented the Crosslink kits for this kind of stoves 'To answer your ? is that there is different amounts of water in each model or kit .Each stove company has different models that have different feed timing in getting the btu's to it stove settings . Some start up using a 1/4 cup others maybe one to two cups of fuel (pellets, corn, oats, barley , coal ETC.) Therfor a kit for a harman p68 is
Chad Hummel: I can't say with any certainity. If I would guess, a little less than a gallon.
MrSinbad125: Can you tell me what do you think how much water can stand or can fit into that heat exchanger in one moment or if you dont understand my question. if you take out that heat exchanger and put water in it how much water can you put in ( I mean in that coil part and that thing above coil)
