Sammy Young: Very NICE. Are you using a power beyond valve ?
kitfox flyer: nice work on the splitter
shepherdsrus: Hi,its a 9hp engine and a 16 gpm pump.Thanks Alan
KartAnimal29: What size motor and pump do you have on this? Nice Build
James Turner: Can you make another and will you sell it to me?
MrEasyrhino: Very nice!Great job.My back is very jellous!lol
PapaCharlieWhiskey: @nastydog131. Sounds like you want a wood processor. Nice little unit the fellow built!
kenfo0: Really nice. a few questions. what is the engine? all that work, but you didn't make a 4 or 6 way wedge? where'd you get the push block? I need to replace mine...have no idea where to get it.
nastydog131: I really love this splitter ! it would be nice to have the end of the table with hydraulics to throw the wood int the truck ??
doris9005: Well done
shepherdsrus: @MrLeonard55 Hi,the cylinder is 96mm or just under 4" in diameter. Thanks Alan
shepherdsrus: @dean1johnson Hi,the ram only has a 18" stroke(i only need logs 12" long) so this speeds up the cycle time a lot. Thanks Alan
MrLeonard55: Very nice. What size cylinder?
BigBearHuskyMusher: That table is nice. fast cycle. I want one
tim46714: love the add on table. and the auto return. detent.
Tim R: WOW, sure beats my homemade axe! :P
warddan2002: Allan, really like what you have done here. Now that you've built a couple, do you have any plans you went off of? Any chance, you'd be willing to help a guy build one? I would be happy to document my building of one and put the plans out on the web if that would be ok with you. You can surely be proud of your work.
A couple of other qs...I notice the ram, in reverse, backs out automatically (you don't have to stand and hold it), how'd you do that?
N.E.Arkansas Trash Trucks&Lottery: It does a good job! But that engine is pretty loud i would wear some ear plugs if I used it for very many hours. Thanks
