Daniel Miranda: HI! i need help, i got bb 8520 with an OS of 5.0, and im trying to update to latest OS 5.0 but when im updating it got stuck. And i try to pull out battery, and it actually works, but it's stuck again in other file name. what should i do?
AT&T Enterprise: Hello mustafqaan, to perform a factory restore, from the home screen press the Menu key and select the settings icon. Scroll to and select Security options. If you have Handheld Software 4.6 Select General Settings then press the menu key and select Wipe Handheld. If you have Software 5.0 Select Security Wipe. AT&T Enterprise: @African507 You could do a back and restore using the Desktop Manager or the Device Switch Wizard. We would normally recommend the Device Switch Wizard because it automatically converts any necessary files to the appropriate format.
