muscle or look. U can look. I'm sure while most of you guys were growing up
you see most of the black dudes naturally buff ripped and tall. Compare
that to Asians whites n Mexicans. U can clearly tell genetics play a role.
Just because u work n eat like mike doesn't mean ull look like him. People
here say they got certification should already know genetics is important

NupeAtl: michael stone, it is possible to gain this level of advancement without
steroids, but it takes time. Yes, beginners will not be able to handle it,
but they can build up to it. Once the mind starts chasing the pain like a
drug addict chasing the high, great things happen, but it takes time.
michael stone: opinion: this guy mike rashid is obviously in good shape but he also takes
steroids which allow him to train the way that he does. these are advanced
techniques for advanced lifters. he does behind the neck shoulder press not
even using a full range of motion and does a thousand sets. this works for
him cause he is juiced up. anyone else could try the same thing and strain
there rotator cuff can not make it back to the gym for 2 weeks. its not
ANYBODY looking for beginning advice on how to train properly as a natural
beginner should not pay attention to these videos. there are other sources
for beginners. make sure you have proper form and dont over do it.

as fuk. .. and by day 3 I couldn't even comb my hair... I think your
training concepts are good but you have to tell people to build up to it
before they doing the OTFP... (over training failure program)
