Willow Ma: Hey!!! i was looking at some UV sterilizers at Amazon, and i always read
the bad reviews first >.<. Some people experienced their control box
melting!? thats sounds horrific. Has anything happened like that to urs? I
noticed the dial thingi on ur outlet. Is that to set the time to auto turn
the light on and off? if so, whats it called? =o Thanks!
VB Nauticool: good video...be careful with that colored clip you put in...it has metal
spring, doesnt it?
nikonektor1: hi I am hoping you van help me out , I have a uv and it is a tetra pond
uv, I was told to put it before the filter so it would break down the gunk
and garbage it is meant to break down and make the filtration easier. even
the instruction said to put it before the filter . now I have read
everywhere cuz it kills everything it will not allow beneficial bacteria
build up in the canister bio filtration. what are your thoughts on that.
Travis Ward: I love your aquarium and your set, and I'm inspired by your videos and I
want to show off what I got and what I'm working on for other people to
see. Can you give me a shoutout in a video so that I can get other people
to look at what I got
Den Good: I have my uv sterilizer on 24/7, do I still need to do partial water
Mark delos santos: its ok for fresh water?
Chris Coppola: So a uv sterilzer is also a filter? if so if I install one can I take out
my filter? also do I life my UV Sterilizer on all the time?
NozL Recordings UK: thanks for the info!
mohammed khaliq: Hi great video - I have 25litre super fish tank, similar to yours in the
video, which uv sterilizer do you recomend?, the size etc.
The81Ghost: great video man, well made, good work.
mjkusa: Nice video. Thanks for uploading it. One suggestion if I may, is that you
should keep your power strip off of the floor and have a drip loop on your
wires coming down from your tank. I have mine mounted on the tank stand and
off of the floor just in case I have a spill or a leak (otherwise the water
will run on the floor and into the power strip and create a short circuit).
A GFCI outlet will be nice also.
eddie larena: Thanks for you help
eddie larena: Great video ... I have Nano 28 gl reef tank this UV kill the red slime
danniepizarro: Do you leave your uv 24/7?
James Plante: Just bought a UV for my tank becasue of your video man
coralfish12g: Do you mean filter? That is very complicated
James Conrey Aquatics: good video, nice explanation
coralfish12g: You can select your choices if you figure out or know how many gallons of
water it actually holds. You may need one though that just sits in the pond
and does not need to be attached to the pump necessarily
915Mang: Good video, you covered everything. Nice job, thanks
pim1234: But doesn't an aquarium need bacteria ?????
Anita Lee-Yu: Great video and info!! Your tank is a saltwater n is beautiful how you had
it set up. Can you advice: I have a 30 gallon freshwater tank with (5) blk
skirt tetra and (7)neon fish with some plastic plant and thin layers of
gravel. Can u recommend a sterilizer for my tank. My fish tanks have 2
Whisper Filters (1) 30 and (1) 40 gallon filled with active carbon n 3
airline for movement. thnx in advance!!
coralfish12g: ok then it is probably an algae control problem with your parameters. Check
out my video on algae that should help.
deiniou: You've killed all the photosintetic microorganisms that where competing for
the nutrients, now algae has free pass. I wouldnt put a stelizier unles I
had massive amounts of fish and waste...
coralfish12g: It may not be strong enough. Maybe something was causing a deficiency in it
like I explained in the video. Check out my green algae problems video if
everything else seems fine that will offer solutions.
Anita Lee-Yu: thnx for replying !
coralfish12g: the nanozapp or one made by biocube!
Gboy: great video. may i ask what is the ideal pump and uv sterilizer for outdoor
fishtank (direct sunlight exposure) which i placed in the garden with the
dimension of 2 feet x 5 feet long and 2 feet deep. thanks
nanoreefkid: Great Vid dude!
Gboy: kindly see the video for the actual tank.
Daniel Zingone: I liked your tutorial on this subject. One thing that I have noticed about
UV bulbs is, that if you touch them with your fingers, they don't last
long. Due to the oil on your hands and the intensity of the bulb, they are
short lived. So I try to avoid contacting the bulb with my fingers.
John Valentino: What would a good uv for a 29 gallon biocube?
coralfish12g: A good product that I know of for freshwater is called the Green KIlling
Machine. Just look it up and you should find it!
Jerriann Guy: Great video!!!
coralfish12g: Thanks so much. I should have an update somewhat soon!
peteninja24: It's a 38 watt globe for a 700 litre tank
peteninja24: I have a uv sterlizer and my tank water Is brown from a algae bloom what
should I do
coralfish12g: It is not good in the filter. Bacteria is everywhere. On your hands and in
tanks. You just don't want your NUTRIENTS to get out of control.
Andrew G: Hey that clip you put on has a metal spring and its in the water. never put
metal in saltwater. Even a little piece like that can crash your tank
TheFishTank Doc.: Nice video!! Don't for get the 3 second rule. The light must be in contact
with the water, for a least 3 seconds.
BuckeyeFrags26: Killer video dude. Great indepth detail! Any new upgrades or new fish or
coral? Cant seem to leave my 125gal DT live rock alone. I've rearranged it
no joke probably 3times in the past 2months. Pushing over 175 different
coral now between the 125 gal tank and the 55 frag display tank. Keep
knocking out these videos. I see people are really taking in your knowledge
which is awesome Especially for your age. Keep it up man. Ur well on your
way in this hobby.
morgan franks: make more videos! they're great!
donards cavada: plzzz teach me how to build a home made saltwatre filet for acquaruim cuz
im a beginer
