Carbon cricket FX: really no its not going to happen the cpus are soldered onto the board but even if you could it woldunt power up the cooling wouldnt handle it nor would ower supply

matthew pownall: i've got one of these the 12GB SSD version but no charger so I am waiting for the charger to come from eBay I had a look at mine and I can't add a hard drive as the connector has not been installed on the mover board :( so looks like I'm suck with the SSD, great video I hope to be getting mine up and running soon then I'll make a video on mine

I may have to look into this. I'm running Ubuntu 12 from a 16GB USB drive on it currently. It's pretty slow and I was hoping to expand the local HD space.
KonnunMerri: A late reply, but: early EeePC 901's had the ZIF connector, in later models it was removed and you need also to use a ZIF adapter plugged to the Mini PCIe connector.
