Did this video help you?

skmfam4life: mahaloz brah, just ordered the tankometer.

igetcha69: yes mate......but you can get inline e-cig volt meters now so you would be better off with one of those :)

skmfam4life: will this work on mech to see how much the volts drop?

igetcha69: no worries mate! :D

Manare71: haha! yes fine! your video was a quick guide to a DIY. I just needed some further details about it. Nonetheless it seems easier than I thought. I took the same adapter and I'll fit inside an atomizer post for the positive pole. I'll surround it with that jelly-like white rubber found on top in short cartomizers..and see how it goes. Mate you're always inspiring us! Keep up the good job!

Manare71: Thx 4 your quick answer! According to P.Busardo, the Lavatube 1.5 made by Young June (the one I own) is ruled by PWM. I took some readings with my old meter, and fortunatel,y is capable of measuring PWM devices (at least this one). Now all I need is the ability to check my LT1.5 under load because it behaves worse than a 1 year old chinese eGo battery (readings are fine without any load and I'm curious to see what happens under load...guess it won't even reach 3 volts).

igetcha69: hi mate, this vid was a guide to DIY! lol unfortunately though this will still not work with some of the PWM devices unless you have a meter capable of taking those readings. a standard volt meter like the one im using in this vid will not read the voltages on devices like the Vmax, Zmax etc cheers scott

Manare71: Hey Scott! Where can I get this useful yellow gadget? or, is there a guide somewhere to DIY? I've got PWM devices and I'd like to check real voltage under load. Cheers mate!

georgerajdixon: @igetcha69 yeah man, the xxl is at least twice as long as the riva and apparently the battery lasts seven times as long. just testing it now

igetcha69: @SteveMontuno cheers mate :D

SteveMontuno: great vid scott ,,good to know for future reference that one,,,,,it'll save me from been bamboozled if im checking my volts ,,,lol

igetcha69: @georgerajdixon hi mate, i think i may have reviewed it........go to my website, then click on "performance e-cigs", then click on "Elite XL" E-Cig-Reviews com or is there a big difference between XL and XXL? cheers scott

georgerajdixon: hey Scott, how about a review on the Riva XXL? It's about twice as long as a standard Riva and seems pretty good. Cheers, George

georgerajdixon: @igetcha69 thanks

igetcha69: @georgerajdixon hi mate, with the atomiser attached it gives a reading of 3.3v cheers scott

igetcha69: @steeljan cheers mate! :D

steeljan: Good job, you're becoming quite handy there. Yes, this is why I always put a voltage display in the vv mods I build, they are taking into account the atomizer load when showing the voltage. Cheers!

igetcha69: @madmanfrommacuder2 cheers mate :D

PowerInverter: When measuring voltage, its ok to reverse the leads. It will simply read as negative. Just make sure that the meter is not set to measure current. If the meter is set to measure current it will short the battery. Thanks for the honest reviews.

georgerajdixon: nice review... how many volts does the riva come ut as??
