ImThatMinecraftGuy1: Android sucks ass I need to root to put apps on a freaking card.... Its the
whole god damn point integrate it you dense mother freakers!
pawprints1986: So, ive played with this... and it seems almost useless. it does work - but
the stuff it allows you to move and the stuff you need to move (at least on
my device) are very different. I have almost nothing taken up within
/sdcard/android/data... i have aLOT taken up within mnt/data/app, but thats
RaitoShinigami: Directory bind is SUCKS !
LOST MY FOLDER , then lost my memory space
I CAN'T FIND MY FOLDER DIRECTORY NOW
Heather Flanigan: I don't know if you still look at this but I can't find the app is it
different now?? ;(
awesomeferret: Link2SD is so easy to use that it makes this method look ridiculous. Yes,
you have to make a second partition on your SD card, but with a few taps
(in a single app, mind you) you can move the Dalvik cache files, the APK
file, and the lib files of any app to your SD card! And, it's just as safe
as having the app on your phone (unless you choose to use FAT32, but I
personally have never has issues using FAT32, even though I supposedly
should have by now).
manhore: So basically if you don't have were it says move app to Sd card you can not
homebrewman23: Anybody interested in making an android game that doesnt know where to
start, I made an app that show start to finish how to do it, even
installing the software needed and signing the apk file ect. Here is the
link to this app and im pretty proud of it honestly.
manhore: Hi I'm confused!!
I thought if your phones let's you move apps to sd card ok then like my old
HTC which was only a cheep $170 phone but my new Sony Xperia m2 duel
doesn't have it were it's said on my last phone move apps to sd card..
So is this another way..
Sorry but I'm not that good at computers n so on but would grately
aprishiat it if u could explain if I'm on the right track please
Thank you :-
artistled: HTC One by Boost Mobile user. This app worked great in doing what it does,
But it caused my SD card to fail where you can't even reformat it cause
permissions lock you out, thus losing all bindings and ability to restore
from Directory Bind app. I had to restore my entire iOS to get my phone
back to stock because I binded entire data folder which worked great
initially, until the SD card unexpectedly crashed like 2 weeks later after
initial install, thus losing everything.
My suggestion is to use this at your own risk, and only for games or
downloaded apps that take up lots of storage space, but leave your system
and stock apps alone. May still cause your SD Card to crash though. Seems
that the developer is well aware of this and did post a suggestion. But I
don't know if thats enough. He really makes no guarantee that will work or
solve the issue. see link.
If anyone has had same issue and found a solution on how to prevent the SD
card from crashing while using this app, please do share. Thanks!
LvihEsfkE KEERON: This thing doesn't work
Sunil Karki: 5:15 lol
Dan Rozwood: I'm not sure you are still monitoring this, but when you are flipping
through your desktop, what is the widget that looks like you are able to
write on it? I was thinking something like that would be a great way yo
jote quick notes/reminders to myself!
Byans Adamsky: Hey homebrewman23 make a mmorpg 3d games
alex solano: I got directory bind but it says root access fail what do i do
R Campagna: Dude maybe turn the phone the right way so everyone is FAMILIAR with what
you're showing them
Sophie Hutchings: Hi. Ive been trying for three days to get apps to transfer on samsung
galaxy note. I have watched your video plus many others and i have mounted
several games now and according to directory bind its all
successful......until I go into the storage and nothing has changed!
All videos and instructions on use of DB are rather vague although this one
seems to be the best. Some advice from me is dont buy from samsung anymore
if you want to use your device to its full potential.
If anybody has any success on the note, well done!
Cuco Bravo: it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
|_ColaExtremez_|: can you explain the difference of internal USB memory and external USB
pawprints1986: I have another question about this. Lets say I were to move a game.
Obviously i would make progress everytime i played the game. where does the
data from the games progress then go? Into your new external folder
automatically? Or would you have to move it on your own?
Nasty FingurZ: these vids suck you need to post what happens when you dont have that
option to move to usb storage that will really fix alot of the phones
SlowedAndChopped: Do you know of any apps that don't wan't to access your phonebook, your
pics, your camera, your physical location, your phone's serial number, the
phone numbers you call, your text messages, when you are in a phone call
etc.. ??????? What will they wan't next a freaking blood sample ? It's
ridiculous that anybody would install apps after reading the permissions
you must give to use their app, It's a voluntary path to a total population
enslavement, just as bad as facebook
TurboTurtle x: Thx dude, this saved my phone from exploding,my apps wouldv be everywhere it
would be a mess
alex solano: How do i download directory bind because i cant find it on play store
shaheek batliwale: 2 billion percent works
i dont have enough space in my internal sd card to install and then move it.
i downloaded the cache folder from my friends phone.
is there a way to tell the app to go directly to ext_sd game cache folder
without first installing the game cahce in internal sd?
pawprints1986: Started messing around with this tonight, it doest seem to work.
when it tries to transfer files i get a very quick popup window to where i
cant even tell what it says.
i can make a bind, but when i check "transfer files from target to data" is
when the problem happens. but the whole point is to transfer from target to
data. I am rooted and the paths match, so what am i doing wrong??
Cheng Chan: +homebrewman23 It works, but somehow all the directories that I had bound
will be gone after I reboot my mobile phone or after I shutdown the
(Directory Bind) App completely... This is normal? Is there are any idea
for me to keep all the directories binding and no need for me to keep doing
the process again? By the way, my phone is Galaxy S Advance. Thanks and
looking forward to hear from you.
diego chavez: Dude i am trying to download modern.combar 4 but i only have 1.49gb and its
used by the phone apps and i have and sd card but i cant put the download
simon perez: thanks man it works
Vern Hall: When I go to the Directory Bind website there are four files to choose from
- which should I pick. I have an Irulu AX105.
Or is it just a matter of trying each until one works?
Pooh: I cant find directory bind in my play store..help me please.
abhijith tadapatri: you told as twelve point twenty four it is twelve point two four
Aditya Sharma: Hey, after mounting can we delete app data from internal memory or not?
hulk khan: hi buddy plz tell me how can install gta sa on my android device my
internal storage is 1.8 gb but to install the game i need 2.4 gb
sri lestari: Thank you very much..its work.
Caretta McConnal: Thank you soooooo much
Gemma Madden: Hi my samsung galaxy note the first one said to format my micro sd card.
Now if u go to storage and sd where it says mount it won't let me it says
insert sd card. What do I do
GiantWaffle1: You talk about this app called "Directory Bind", but do not provide a link
to get it. You just assume that everyone just has this app. I searched
Google Play and guess what? Nothing with that name! And I tried searching
on two devices and even installed the little Xposed Mod that send the
240dpi setting, so that all apps would show up. So do you wanna tell us
where the hell it is? :-)
Madiha Chaudhary: fortunately both our android phones are rooted and me being a tech genius
should not have a problem,i will be using foldermount
raeesahmed495: Dude... Are u dum??? You have root!!! Use Link2sd its amazing
cheikh ahmed: What's the name of this app?
hshvdd magayot: vovo
pawprints1986: Questions: Wouldnt making the backup of that directory bind just take up
the space that the app used to?
Also, if you choose to unckeck an app, does that mean that it wont be able
to run at all, or simply that it doesnt run at startup? I would LOVE to
know why everything has to run in the background all the time. I wish it
were like a computer where things booted up upon request instead of
immediately on startup.
manhore: So basically if you don't have were it says move app to Sd card you can not
Rashawn Jarvis: This stupid crap doesn't work
kim autencio: can you teach how to install the apps directly in external sd card..
because i have NBA 2k14 i cant install it cause i download it from some
website.. and when i install it.. its install in internal memory of a
phone.. i got only 700mb left in my internal.. im using starmobile NAVI..
that having only 1gb ram and 4gb external..but i use only 0.98gb external
because of system apps. of the phone.. plss help..
Abhijeet Maurya: link of app 2 sd apk?
siamanspaps: meh gotta love android, i dont have option to move to sd card for any app
