zuumbafoo: try running nova 3 peeps n tell me what ya think
zuumbafoo: nova 3 runs a little bit choppy on the galaxy s3. is this just me? i guess the 2gbs of ram is not that great compared to running nova 3 on the quad core version of the ssgs3. i have seen vids. it runs smoother. none of the less the ssgs3 america version is still an awesome phone. it runs most of my crap better then anything i have used so far as far as cellphones go. cant wait for ssgs4 now!
random: i really want this phone!!!!!!!!!!
PhoneBuff: I've heard end of 2012 for the Tegra 3. Hopefully in 2013 we won't have this issue anymore. And by that time, Android should be more optimized for quad-core processors anyways.
PhoneBuff: While it will definitely use up some RAM, I doubt S-Voice will take up one gig cause the international version only has 1 GB and is still super fast.. Of course it has the Exynos but still.
Daniel Cole: Heard that one gb of ram is used up for the s voice feature so it may not be any different than the htc lte 4g or the other s 3 models.
cochsasuke1543: are both colors coming out on june 21 or is the blue one coming out first
pblockification: yeah i hope so to. I really want to pick one up, as i haven't heard anything to indicate anything better. the pebble blue is the only way to go btw....
MrJohnnyhye: All phone makers are having to do this for lte compatibility so dont only blame samsung
Kevin Parker: @PhoneBuff the reason I no longer get white phones is dark hides dirt better. On my 4S it would get dirt by the screen and drive me crazy. The htc one x had reports of the white phone turning blue while in jean pockets. If you look back on quality control issues with phones based on color (iPhone and android) its always the white phone that has issues. NOW...leith that said....you can always buy a white case or white back and use an ivisor or similar screen protector and make your dark phon
PhoneBuff: I can't decide between the pebble blue and marble white SGS3... I heard that the pebble blue attracts or shows more fingerprints but I put a case on my phones anyways so I don't know. I guess I'll just make my decision when I see them at the store..
Kevin Parker: I can't wait to get mine! As soon as its in stock at my local AT&T I'm grabbing a pebble blue :)
PhoneBuff: I really hope so... I've never used a phone with 2 GB's so I can't wait to test it and see what it can do.
zuumbafoo: the 2 gigs of RAM should make up for the quad core international version. you probably will not even notice the difference
sant1to: @Maikell33016 there's nothing substantially different. The international version can handle games and media a little better that's about it, one of the drawbacks of 4 cores is battery life. The dual core is a very capable processor and the fact that we're getting 2gigs of RAM means that the phone should operate just as smooth if not a little smoother.
Singinfeller: gettin' it... was going to get the evo 4g late but the 2gb of ram made up mind for me... Also just like samsunds dark theme and UI better... Oh yea...
MRiTRICKSH0T: June 21!
richardb2837: Sprint :D
beerndumplings: at least you'll get more battery, that's a good trade-off besides you are getting 2G ram
