Grannyhauenstein: Where is the actuator that controls whether the air comes out the vent, floor, or defrost? My car blows out the vent and defrost but not the floor.
Rikki Lewis: Mine does this on its own when my car isn't even running. First started when I would turn my A.C. off now it just does it when ever it feels like it. How much to have repaired at shop? (Rough estimate)?
Tony Tabler: There is a lot of talk about the passenger side actuator but does anyone know the info regarding the drivers side? The driver side has one that changes from hot to cold but not sure if it is an actuator and if it is where it's located? anyone had to work on this?

RT5280: Ive switched it on my wifes car and didn't solve the problem. I just disconnected the harness and prob solved. Just can't use the outside/inside air controls. I can live with that. :-D
