p31diva: Great question! No they are not. Since you slide the hair completely UNDER the corn row and not through/into the corn row, the takedown was simple. I cut the weave to a mini afro and then just unbraided my corn rowed hair. The weave just fell off as I removed the corn rows. Hope that helps! And I will post a takedown video when it's time so stay tuned!
