Wesley Manso: Do you lose the warranty of the car??
Shawn King: Great job player!!! Thanks
MrAUFANATIC: how many miles were on it when you first got it... when i got my charger it
only had 13 but it was brand new basically
locoboof: I never took out the whole for light housing.... Just reaching from
under....then propping something up against the plastic to hold it back.
Then reaching up to the bulb and twisting to release the bulb
locoboof: @Skinssuk -yes,actually I am. I have a part 1 of a review I did...then a
part 2 a 3 month later review.
locoboof: Don't remember really..... But I think your right. H11 Low beam
R32Viper512: Nice car
Megaw767: great video, i have same car but 2011. looking forward to seeing more
locoboof: Oh...if you just watch the whole video I say and show where I bought the
locoboof: Did you insta a relay kit like I said to do?
locoboof: Lol,well I'm glad my video helped a little bit :)
Salvatore Noti: do i need a hi low kits for elantra as 2 seperate bulbs or they both 1 bult
SSSSSSandman: Is there a way to disable the DRL? That was step 1 in my Subaru HID
installation kit. This would avoid issue's mentioned at the end of the
locoboof: People like you make me laugh. On eBay they sell millions of HID kits,to
millions of people. Do you think everyone that that buys a kit is buying
projectors? Here on YouTube type in hid kit.....and please make your same
comment on all 75,000 videos that don't use projectors. 97% of people that
install these don't use a kit. Plus since I'm driving I wouldn't know if
I'm blinding anyone.....
Zach Ray: Hey like your videos, but I have one question, can you still use you low
beam/regular night lights and switch it to high beams with this kit, like a
dual filament bulb?
GiL Durand: I got a Hyundai Accent 2010... Is that so easy to get the light out from
the car ? (with 3 bolts that you just remove from your Elantra ?) And my
HID light kit is Eurolite 6000k...Can you help me with some advices ?
Austin S: Did you have any issues with your Daylight Running Lights (DRL)? I have a
2013 Hyundai Elantra and installed this kit. They work when I turn the key
to the On position, but as soon as the engine is started, they shut off.
locoboof: don't remember.. 35W I think
Chepartner1975: Hi, do you know If I Need the relay kit For a HID fog lights For a 2013
Elantra or sonata? Thanx for your video it was very helpful.
citroengtslayer1: will you be painting it or stuff like that and you could try tinting you
DrSmansori: I'm going to buy a D2R bulb for my 2012 elantra ..
locoboof: it's a H11 bulb... it's a H11 HID bulb
locoboof: Not sure
locoboof: I that may be a problem,... is your fogs on a separate relay? could be
draining too much power from the car... they make a HID kit for the fogs?
that came with ballast and all?
justinnate82: wow those are pretty damn easy to install. I've always wanted to put a HID
kit on my 04 Tiburon. Might do it some time this week.
streetpunk99: The Magnuson Moss act clearly states that your warranty cannot be voided by
the installation of some aftermarket product on your car. For example; if
you change your headlights, your dealer cannot void the warranty on your
transmission. To be clear, however, your car's manufacturer will not cover
and damage or mistakes you make, and/or systems affected by the
installation of aftermarket products.
tee weezy: y didnt u just get the ford fusion ?
Scott Zhang: Good job, man! Just wonder if installing HID will void the factory warranty?
Rafael Tejeda: Are you going to put Hid lights on the fog lights?
locoboof: @Salvatore Noti -those are just the regular lights the car comes with :)
John Popeye: The little pink line near the bulb I have cracked. Just the pink line
though. Would it still work?
locoboof: I think if you watch the whole video... I answer that
locoboof: @Salvatore Noti -if you wanted to add HID's to the high and the low beams
you'd need two HID kits (four bulbs) and two relay kits
Saltydawgz: It's been 6+ months now any problems with Xentech kit? My girl bought me
this kit for Christmas and I'm going to install it as soon as I can. My
only concern is this kit doesn't come with a harness grommet and I'm
worried about moisture getting into the light assembly. Have you had any
problems with moisture getting into the light assembly or any problems at
all with this kit? Thanks in advance.
locoboof: @justinnate82 -very very easy! Get the right bulb size, relay kit and you're
in business. It's the same install process for all cars. As long as you can
get to the headlight bulb you're golden. Make sure to get a extra bulb or
locoboof: Thanks!! Hey,that's a great idea! :)
locoboof: @trucarlos -I think if you watch the WHOLE video I explain that
Nagasami: thanks for the info, it was really tight space because the plastic covering
doesnt go back far enough...so my hand got scratches and bled lol. Ima have
to try it again someday. When you take the headlights out the fog lights
are not expose at all?
locoboof: @limitedblkwrx -that's good to hear :-)
ppietrukaniec2: what about a projector? i feel like these lights would blind other drivers
locoboof: I don't mind,I rarely use my high beams. If I do it's only for a second or
two to alert someone. With these HID lights they are plenty bright. So I
never use my high beam
SinacoreZ28: You sure its not H11? I just looked it up because I was searching for my
car, 2013 Elantra GLS
Silvia D: What size bulb did you get? I just purchased a 2013 Elantra Coupe and it
looks like its the same as far as install but Im not sure what size hid
bulb I should get. Great diy vid btw
locoboof: it had 7 miles on it
earlbee31: Wow this is awesome news !!! Silly me I though I could just buy a blue
daylight bulb and install it .👍 👍 👍 👍 👍
Michael Thomas: Where did you get your HID kit from?
miguel andrade: with one of these i could kill vampires!!!! haha
locoboof: everything works the same... these are just low beam but on the elantra the
high beam is a separate bulb.... I only changed the low beam... so fog
lights and high beams are not effected at all
