bikr1975: hard rubber shims between the engine clamps and frame would help reduce the
chance of a breaking clamp. also help absorb some vibration you might
experience at higher rpm. but look at it as a learning experience. plus
youll go lots of places for 120+ mpg ;)
WASISFUN1: It took me 5mins of me wiggling it and I eventually popped it off with a
screw driver. It scratched 2 or 3 of the threads on the screw, but not
enough to damage it. Otherwise, you can bend one of the bolts to the side
so it fits.
Sam Klearman: Thank you very much! I really appreciate it. I have yet to try it, but am
sure it will work.
WASISFUN1: Yep, it is usually aftermarket, but they had a deal going and I got it all
for $150. I'll replace that hub. Thanks!
WASISFUN1: I'm sorry my voice annoyed you. I can't change that, but I am working on
changing my inexperience to expertise.
Sam Klearman: Hi. I have a similar kit, and I was just wondering how you ended getting
the mounting ring thing off of the engine (at 4:00). I have the same
problem and don't want to break it.
Life goes on: haha he was in the vid and... OMG THATS AMAZING!!!!!!
WASISFUN1: No, but I saw they had them. I bought it off of King's Motor Bikes.
WarriorCycles: who r you besides a you tube mouth freak you punk.i wish the world was full
of people like this boy instead of low life's with no respect. if u dont
like it haul ass american mouth
Owen LaBounty: you sound like a fagot that doesn't know s**t and u sound like a gay dood
WASISFUN1: Not too far. Mine moves half or 3/4 of the way around the indicator before
it gets to full choke. I didn't cut mine and mine is mounted on the handle
bars. If you were mounting it somewhere else you might have to cut it, but
otherwise it's likely fine.
WASISFUN1: Great! I wish I could test mine. Sort of at a stand still right now. The
clutch won't disengage. I will work on that when I can.
WASISFUN1: Thats my dog, Emy. Love the idea, I'll use that sometime.
jonathon rosalia: also the worst carb and muffler ever made stupid EPA junk muffler will clog
and carb will never run right
WASISFUN1: Hello. Sorry I accidentally disliked your comment while trying to hit the
reply button. I heard that the pistons and the heads were low quality. Sort
of comes with the price though.
WASISFUN1: The chain is catching on the engine, that is the reason it is not running
now. The engine is mounted at too much of an angle.
clikzip: "right now its in unridable condition" Well no crap the rear wheel isnt
WarriorCycles: you look like and sound like a punk. thats my thoughts i will blurt my
thoughts out when i want it doesnt matter if someone gets upset and kills
there self i dont care about anyone.rite thats you. let me guess like so
many low lifes u dont believe in god.
sneakysnakepie1: Mine keeps flooding and I too the engine apart and it needs piston rings.
WarriorCycles: i am the best motobike builder in the freakin world so freak all u
motherfreakers except this boy.
Life goes on: ... do you have a pet bear?!?!?!
paraglidermx: oh my godness..lmdao!!!!
Austin Reyes: Not going to lie... I stopped watching because of your inexperience and
WASISFUN1: Happy to help.
goliath idthirteen: oh dude i can help with gear depth to make the chain dead straight...trek
800 here on my 3rd engine...so many miles!
HC Kingquad: I didn't know girls where in to this stuff
andrew hamilton: did you buy this off of gasbiks.com
erik lucas: Sooo many mistakes!!
Mike Dooley: ive built a few of these bikes, and i felt the need to mention that
carbeurator is a "cns" carb. usually an aftermarket part. if he got this
kit for 150, he got a good deal. I would recommend replacing the sprocket
rag joint with a hub adapter. check ebay or piratecycles for a hub adapter.
WASISFUN1: Yes lol. Where are you getting this from?
GearHeadHick429: You seem to have low mechanical expirience but I commend you for your
efforts. Most people wouldn't even try. People need to understand that the
only way to learn stuff of this nature is through expirience. Thumbs up!
Johnthfailsnail: You sound like a faget
WASISFUN1: Thanks! I am more experienced now, but I mainly work on lawnmowers and
Gabriel90ization: how long did shipping take??
y2k2004: hes retarted. i think
Life goes on: 8:16 he was there... OMG THATS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
goliath idthirteen: again this guy is no kitty...he's just a nerd and he's probably a lot
smarter than you...delete it from here but not your mind :)
gregable12: Damn dats nice kit
goliath idthirteen: amen to gearhead hick...he's dead on....dont just asume you know it all...a
whole univers of stuff everyone can still learn
WASISFUN1: About a week. I live in Iowa and it came from California.
goliath idthirteen: not being strong doesnt make you a kitty...running your mouth to a guy you
dont know makes you a kitty
WASISFUN1: Thanks for the view, I guess.
glen john: i'd be willing to say you broke your chain as soon as it started with that
dontBugly: i bought the 48CC motor kit from kings motor bikes. The bike im mounting
was an old Electric Schwinn Stingray. The wires shorted out so im replacing
it with gas. All i need to do is wait for the new back wheel to come in
(because the previous one had a electric hub motor in the way) and im
worried about the choke cable. how far does the bar need to move for it to
be enough? I think the cable might be too long but i dont want to cut it to
a point where it wont go back in place.
WASISFUN1: Pretty cool. Thanks for the comment! I will get some new tubing for the
engine. I'm working on the clutch and the electrical system right now.
Life goes on: well... in that case your dog looks like a cute little bear! :)
cortedemico: i'm on fourth one and have no idea where to start with the advice (500
characters not enough to help you) except to say try it three more times.
these things are just like harleys and vws. keep tools with you. i won't
watch any more of this series, but if you have a question ask me on my home
page i guess(i check sporadically) and i'll try and help.
WASISFUN1: I think you are mistaken.
