Lourde Antro: I am using Windows 8.1 in my laptop and I tried to connect my phone
(samsung s duos) with my lap using bluetooth......... I can see my phone in
my lap and then after pairing it shows "Not connected"...... What should I
do to rectify it?

❤TwightHeart❤: question can you connect your wii remote to your computer this way please
answer I been trying to find bluetooth so I could connect with, my computer
doesn't have bluetooth and I don't want to buy one either.
Damaris Perez: thank, Your instructions are clear and simple I am trying to activate my
first Wireless bluetooth speaker, on Windows 8.1 but I can not continue
with the process, because it appears "No device found" really I don't know
that to do with the cables that come with the devices... must be connected
to PC? and turn off the device?
Fafanimation: What if the headset icon doesn't appear in the playback list?
Joey's Modded Lobbies: Or you can right click the audio in the task bar and click "playback
Satish Kumar: I always used to remove my audio device and reconnect it. Thanks a lot for
sharing this. Makes it much simpler to disable and enable audio devices.
Chad Cooper: Do you know how I would be able to use my laptop as a bluetooth speaker for
my phone? I'd like to play music from my phone through my laptop, but
whenever I connect my phone to my computer (via bluetooth), they just say
that they're paired, and nothing else happens. Every time I right-click the
Bluetooth icon (in the task bar) and open the settings, and try to click on
"audio" the program stops responding and I have to close it. I'd appreciate
any input you can give, as you seem to know what you're doing! I'm running
Windows 8.1 and my phone is an HTC One M8. Thanks!
Helen Kennedy: You seem very talented with computers. I have just been given a pair of DR
BTN200 wireless speakers. I have tried to connect them but I get the
dialogue box stating ensure your device is discoverable. Bluetooth is
enabled, but I get this every time. Can anyone help me with this. I am
partially deaf and headphones work well. Thanks.
Thien Ho: Good tutorial video. But it works only if the Bluetooth option's "allow a
device to connect" is active.
James Walker: ok so i dont have a wireless tab in settings.... what do i do
Kad Tubo: I cant connect my device and my wireless mouse?
sophia custodia: my icon wont stay pinned in the to the start bar
Peter Keogh: Thanks, I wanted to automate this (of course Microsoft has no useful help
on the subject) and I found if you set the Bluetooth device as the default
device when it is connected it will be the default but when its
disconnected the default magically switches back to the integrated speaker.
I realise this defeats the point of a default and I have no idea how to
change the default default although you may never want to. Hope this is
helpful to somone
MissGecko7: Thank you so much for your help on this issue - certainly a flaw of Windows
8/8.1 taking the connect/dissconnect options out of the bluetooth
(non-)settings where they used to be in Win 7. I was already beginning to
despair as forums show this question a lot, but without any viable answer.
Until I found your video tutorial :-)
crimzenballer1: for some my laptop can't locate bluetooth devices? they're both on and
working but its been like this ever since i bought the new laptop. please
SuperPsych Otic: Ok, so I bought bluetooth headphones and I don't know how to turn the
bluetooth on or find it on my laptop...
Mike Fischer: Very nice job on this video. Works well with Windows 8.1 on a Dell Tablet.
Helen Kennedy: Very good video, step by step guide on icons etc. I am sure you could help
me with my problem. I have tried everything I know to connect my
headphones, but no luck so far. - (
EnjoyableComedian: its wont find the device i want
Ace: I don't get the downvotes - best tutorial for the tedious, unintuitive task
of dis-/ connecting bluetooth speakers
SeciMasuBre: Please help me bro. When i connect my phone to the laptop, it registers it,
i confirm the registration number on the laptop and the phone, everything
seems fine, but then, it stays "connected" for only few seconds and ends up
with a device name and under it it says "Not Connected".. i hope you
understood what i mean? Thanks a lot dude!
Heckler: i accidentally disabled the microphone on the recording devices tab. how do
i enable it?
Bartłomiej Serafiński: This is ridiculous...that is why android and ios are killing windows
Simplicity is the game and Microsoft don't know hot to play it..

Alex Christenson: My computer does not recognize my headphones and a sound device. I can pair
them, but when I go to sound options, they do not show up. Any ideas?

almost every comment if not all of them kudos for that not all people give
care to such things ;D

Patrick de los Reyes: Is that Dave's Wave on your desktop? Nice pic...
Lennart Raun: What about reconnecting bluetooth devices (Logitech BT adapter, win8.1),
everything works fine first time, device is found, paired and connected,
but when the reconnection is needed, then the device is visible as
disconnected and only option there is to delete device and pair again, is
there any way to reconnect device without deleting it first?
spikedublin13: Omg thank you soooo much, this was such a pain in the ass. your audio was
poor but very very helpful nonetheless
MysteryViolette: So I have a new Bluetooth headset that I recently bought. I've done
everything the video told me to do, and what the book for the device told
me to do- and it doesn't work. Is there any way to plug in the device, and
manually add it to the computer system? They're iLive Blue, IAHB64.
Richard Sykes: Awesome! Thank you.

Beatapsara: Thanks for the video - I managed to connect my speaker and it worked fine
for a while. Now it´s disconnected and shows up in bluetooth devices as
offline (it´s on). I tried to connect it through the Sound, but the only
thing showing up there is my loudspeaker...
