crimzenballer1: for some my laptop can't locate bluetooth devices? they're both on and
working but its been like this ever since i bought the new laptop. please
Peter Keogh: Thanks, I wanted to automate this (of course Microsoft has no useful help
on the subject) and I found if you set the Bluetooth device as the default
device when it is connected it will be the default but when its
disconnected the default magically switches back to the integrated speaker.
I realise this defeats the point of a default and I have no idea how to
change the default default although you may never want to. Hope this is
helpful to somone
SuperPsych Otic: Ok, so I bought bluetooth headphones and I don't know how to turn the
bluetooth on or find it on my laptop...
Helen Kennedy: Very good video, step by step guide on icons etc. I am sure you could help
me with my problem. I have tried everything I know to connect my
headphones, but no luck so far. - (

care to such things ;D
Alex Christenson: My computer does not recognize my headphones and a sound device. I can pair
them, but when I go to sound options, they do not show up. Any ideas?
SeciMasuBre: Please help me bro. When i connect my phone to the laptop, it registers it,
i confirm the registration number on the laptop and the phone, everything
seems fine, but then, it stays "connected" for only few seconds and ends up
with a device name and under it it says "Not Connected".. i hope you
understood what i mean? Thanks a lot dude!
MissGecko7: Thank you so much for your help on this issue - certainly a flaw of Windows
8/8.1 taking the connect/dissconnect options out of the bluetooth
(non-)settings where they used to be in Win 7. I was already beginning to
despair as forums show this question a lot, but without any viable answer.
Until I found your video tutorial :-)
Mike Fischer: Very nice job on this video. Works well with Windows 8.1 on a Dell Tablet.
Bartłomiej Serafiński: This is ridiculous...that is why android and ios are killing windows
Simplicity is the game and Microsoft don't know hot to play it..
Russell S.: um hey when ever it disconnects it doesnt appear in sound :/ what should i
Helen Kennedy: You seem very talented with computers. I have just been given a pair of DR
BTN200 wireless speakers. I have tried to connect them but I get the
dialogue box stating ensure your device is discoverable. Bluetooth is
enabled, but I get this every time. Can anyone help me with this. I am
partially deaf and headphones work well. Thanks.
Anthony Navarro: helpful but please speak up
Oli Sagar: thanks a lot mine didnt even work without headphones but its fixed now :)
Yoel Buzgalo: My Windows 8.1 PC Settings doesnt show Wireless section (Where you can
enable bluetooth and such)...Can you tell me where to find the bluetooth?

Alyssa Porter: It doesn't show all the options that it does on yours... it only shows
Test, Show Disabled Devices, Show Connected Device, About Software, and
Properties. Please help... I am having to connect remove the device and on

This vid is as good as any Christmas/ New Years gift lmao ( no, I don't
usually get gifts for new years. But awesome!)
Lennart Raun: What about reconnecting bluetooth devices (Logitech BT adapter, win8.1),
everything works fine first time, device is found, paired and connected,
but when the reconnection is needed, then the device is visible as
disconnected and only option there is to delete device and pair again, is
there any way to reconnect device without deleting it first?
phonix ruler: thanks dude
Kevin Johnson: You can get to the Sounds page by right-clicking the speaker in the bottom
right and selecting "Sounds" from the menu.
MysteryViolette: So I have a new Bluetooth headset that I recently bought. I've done
everything the video told me to do, and what the book for the device told
me to do- and it doesn't work. Is there any way to plug in the device, and
manually add it to the computer system? They're iLive Blue, IAHB64.

Jayson Blazer: it says rundll32 and I cant remove the device still SOMEONE HELP PLZZZ
Nicholas Mace: "functionality"
Kazuya Darklight: It may have already been said, but you can also get to this window by right
clicking on the speaker icon in the lower right and clicking the "Playback
devices" option. Sometimes even we techies make things harder than they are.
Galvezdalton: NICEE VIDEO! :D :D thanks ! :D
Brandon Neubert: Not a problem, Nicholas. It was driving me nuts too! This kind of thing
should have been there before, but oh well. I'm glad I could help somebody
