ananjaser1211: i think
u flash kernal then directly flash rom
Sam5Neo: ok then after I flash the kernel from this app , can I do a wipe after it and flash the rom??
i am sure no
listen when u need to flash a rom
u need S-OFF
u need FLASH IMAGE GUI app
then open flash image GUi and select the rom file
it will automatically take the Kernal AKA Boot.img
And flash it with some files
then it will give u the option of rebooting to recovery so u can flash the rom u have
Sam5Neo: well do you think if I downgrade the hboot from 1.53 to 1.49 will solve the problem?
ananjaser1211: good :)
Sam5Neo: yes thankfully I did back it up... thanks
ananjaser1211: then mostly the rom has issue it happend to me when i wanted to flash cm10
anyway if the fix in this video did not work
then what can i say ,restore your phone from the backup u made before flashing the rom
U DID A BACKUP RIGHT?
Sam5Neo: Hi..I have HTC evo 3d gsm ..hboot 1.53
And I am trying to flash the new rootbox Tom,cm 10.1 , and AOKP rim,and I've tried to boot the image after installing them .. but still trapped in the reboot cycle ..please any help? !
ananjaser1211: downlaod the adb files
place them in a folder
hold shift and click right mouse button
select open command window here
then do the code (make sure the boot image is there in the folder)
and WATCH my new fix same thing but better quality and instructions
Syed Hussain: I have an htc evo 3d phone as well. I was trying to install a mean rom then it just stated rebooting on the boot loop. Now i am helpless.I try to do that adb but it say adb is not recognized as a external or internal command

agraba Turcak: hi bro can you helpme , (my english bad ) i wanna give you a question , i installed kernel wrong version HTC evo 3D CDMA , my phone evo 3D gsm and i can't boot in android system ( but i can boot in fastboot and bootloader ) can you help me fix problem with wrong kernel :)??
Gary Hartgrove: Nvm iI figured it out thanks for the help :D
usb debugging U dont need it
go to the boot loader by reinserting the battery then Hold the volume down and power
Once u get to the hboot click on the power
then connect your phone
and flash the boot image if u still have boot loops
then it is from the boot.img u r using
download the correct ruu file for your phone
then take the rom.zip from it(google will help to know how to get it)
then u will see boot.img in it
then flash it
note:your phone is NOT bricked
Gary Hartgrove: how are we suppose to turn usb dubbing on when the phone is bricked? when i try to reboot the bootloader the cmd window says device not found but if i skip that step it still flashes the boot.img but im still having boot loops.
ananjaser1211: no problem
thanks alot :)

Dathus gilles: YOH THANKS A LOT... YOU SAVED MY PHONE!
ananjaser1211: What is your device and what is the boot img u r flashing and what is the size of it
The original boot img size should be around 16mb
and also try to flash it on another computer with the HTC Drivers installed
I Google about it and no luck
So try to put the files in one folder includes the boot img and try to flash another boot img file
Cuz this is a really weird problem
Stoian Adi: hello , when i insert last command it says : " Program too big to fit in memory " how i solve this ?
ananjaser1211: There are 3 reasons Behind this thing
1-Make sure USB Cable is working 100%
2-Make Sure ADB Drivers Are installed depending on your device(For HTC Go to this link
3-Make Sure Android Debugging is On
Go to settings -Applications -Development -USB Debugging other wise google for how to enable usb debugging and type your phone
and also search for adb drivers for your phone
Thanks for watching
