minipops77: That's the exact setup I want. Is that a complete system you bought or did you build it? I have combed the earth for a black Rubbermaid tote with black lid and I can't find a single one.
Gus Theriaga: Aim for 22 degrees C or close to....silica helps to thicken stems, thought I would add that.
Gus Theriaga: Yeah, if yer gonna invest as much as you have, you'd well served with a Temp. meter for yer nutes, for a start....a simple yet effective solution (oddly most don't realize this) is to either paint all that is black (buckets, res., lids) white, or at least stick white mylar to it all (use scissors, tape) to reflect the radiant heat away from yer root zone. Until the canopy covers it all, ignoring his WILL raise yer nute temps!
MWalcher1: Not much roots on those, look brown too...water is prolly too hot.
GrowLightSource: Looking good, you might benefit greatly from being able to run those lights a bunch closer to the plants.

hydroponicshobo: @tatnrf001 he has a hose pumping directly into all of the roots, the water doesn't need to be high in that case.
